The “Manager” of this establishment was so rude and hostile. Her attitude as soon as we walked in the door was hateful and unacceptable. She made me not feel welcomed at all. Her behavior and lack of customer service makes me not want to return at all. Our waitress even apologized to us about her behavior. The owner needs to come in during a shift and see the way she treats customers… I guarantee she’s made plenty of people not come back. Waitress was amazing but they definitely need a new manager.

Been a hot minute since ive been to huddle house in Paris. This Sunday morning i invited several friends and we met there. We filled 3 tables and our experience was awesome. The waitress was a hard worker and kept our coffee filled more than most would. She was funny and polite and overall made our time there even better. I ordered the MVP and everything on it was great. The pancakes were top notch and will for sure be back for them! Overall was 10/10 and cant wait to go back with friends

So me and a friend of mine went to go eat for breakfast today. Our service was slow as well as we had a very disrespectful waitress. She was older and I understand they were busy, but she did not offer us a refund for our fruit which tasted like bleach. She completely cut us off after we asked politely if we could remove the three dollars worth of charge on our ticket. Didn’t offer to change anything offer us anything else to eat. She just was rude. I lived in Paris, Tennessee all my life. I’ve been to huddle house probably over 20 times and the last few times I’ve went, service was horrible. There was flies in our drinks, and hair in our food. I almost deal with it every time I go now, so please watch out for your food when you go to eat there.

Staff is courteous and professional. The place look's like it hasn't been cleaned in week's, the grill's and surrounding area's are caked with grease, the ceiling and lampshades are filthy. It's a shame because the food is really good, but, I won't go back until it's cleaned.

I went to the Huddle House in Paris tn on Sunday March 30 2025 around 9 or 9:30 pm and the service was ridiculous. First I tried placing and order over the phone and was hung up on twice after asking about the prices online bc the prices online was completely different from the prices that was quoted over the phone so after being hung up on I decided to go there in person. After I continued asking about all the extra charges on my ticket I made my purchase. My food was disgusting. The eggs were over cooked. The waffle was undercooked. The toast was over cooked. It was really a waste of my time and money. I ended up throwing the entire plate away. The service was bad the food was disgusting. The waiter and the cook hung up on me when trying to place an order over the phone. I would not recommend the huddhouse in paris tn to anyone.

I just ordered take out! I ordered two MVP breakfast. The waffle was so nasty. It taste as if it had been made for an order that was not picked up and sat there for hours. It was not edible.

My waffle was soggy and undercooked and bacon was not crispy. Husbands eggs were not cooked as directed. Had to ask for my glass of milk even though it was on my ticket and quiet expensive. This reminds me why Everytime I come here I say never again. Waitress never shut up she was loud and the music was loud also. Over $30 for this nothing fancy or good breakfast with tip it was $40. I could come to Camden and have a couple of choices of restaurants under $10 a plate and good food.
