The two two piece dinners we ordered we like rubber and you could bounce the chicken off the floor so old I went in to get order fixed I asked for two fresh dinners the young girl in a grey hoodie kept asking me what kind of chicken I wanted I said a two piece just like what's in box which she refused to look at she kept asking me same question over and over I kept answering until I asked if she was stupid that I wanted the same kind of chicken only fresh so it wouldn't bounce off floor I'm disabled have a heart condition as well as a condition that causes me to shake and I have anxiety induced seizures a young blond male started making fun of me shaking and when I left I had one box with 2 legs and one box with 2 thighs the fries were missing and my husband treated me to dinner for a special occasion the daytime girls you are wonderful keep up the good work but the evening shift of kids avoid if you don't want to be made fun of due to disability or you don't want to have a stroke the kids think it's funny well now I have to go get a bp check due to games at kfc

Management extremely rude!!! 😕 Other worker is sneezing over the food then wipes her nose with her hand continues working without washing her hands. Very very unsanitary health code violation. I will not be back!!!

Ordered on the Mobile App after being told they couldn’t ring up a menu item except on mobile. After ordering, the order said it was ready in 5 minutes. Proceeded to go in and pick up order. Waited 30+ minutes after watching countless orders go out. Was almost 20 minutes before even being acknowledged by an employee. Do not recommend unless you’re fine waiting for a while.

The last 2 times I have been here i have had issues. Today I went and order biscuits and specifically asked 3 times for them to add honey packets. After I left the drive thru I realized I didn't receive any honey. So I called to confirm they have honey and the girl said yes. So I turned around and went into the restaurant and there was a guy that said someone will be with you and walked away and then he said "maybe someone will be with you"
The last time i was there i ordered 2 mashed potato bowls and and a chicken meal with a bottle of water. When I got home there was no bottle of water and there was no corn in the mashed potato bowls. So I called and was told they had no water and they were out of corn. I was polite but upset and stated that they should let customers know that they are out of these items when they are ordering and not just ignore it for a customer to get home and now upset.

If I could give -5 stars, I would!!!!!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! They never get our order right!!! We just went there tonight and ordered over $50 worth of food. Got home and half of the $30 chicken feast was missing. Had to wait over 20 minutes for biscuits to come out of the oven!! When I called them they expect me to drive 15 minutes back into town to get the stuff we were missing!!!! Get the order right to begin with and I wouldn’t have to waste another 30 minutes driving back into town, then back home again!!! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!!!

I waited for 30 minutes for my meal the food was fresh but we didn't get the whole mean and when I drove home I was missing food and the didn't want to pick up the phone
Counter service was nice until...we are traveling, so we ordered 8 PC meal to go. Took our order and went on down the road til we found a motel. Opened up meal, it was the tiniest pieces of chicken I ever seen and there were only 7 pics. No plates, utensils, or napkins. My husband had to leave hotel and find a store to buy stuff so we could eat.
