I would not recommend this restaurant as the prices are very expensive. 2 strips of chicken for your children because kids don't eat much is $6 dollars a strip. One of their hamburgers in there the Tennessee something or other was $16. if I'm eating in a high-end restaurant with clothe napkins I expect the burger to be extensively priced but $16 for a hamburger is Ludacris. The sides are $3 dollars which is a bit steep . This location use to be Ann and Daves with prices nowhere near these and a larger variety of food along with the option of a buffet. The waitress knew your name and they were super sweet. The prices were very affordable and the food quality was amazing. This new Knott Landing. The personnel are very nice, but the food is not worth it by any means and too expensive. The floors were exceptionally sticky and gross to walk on. I asked, why were the floors so sticky it was advised that that's what they give them to wash the floors. If you've never eaten in a restaurant where the floors are sticky it's the grossest feeling. I only gave 1 star as 1 star is required. so they got their half star.

Went with my husband and mother-in-law on a Sunday afternoon. We were hoping to get breakfast but learned that they had just stopped serving breakfast. Disappointed, I ordered a cheeseburger and tots - not really expecting to enjoy my food as I had really wanted breakfast. That was a couple months ago and I have dreamt about that amazing cheeseburger and tots ever since! That was the best damn cheeseburger I have ever had (and I'm no spring chicken) and the tots!...well they were the perfect mix of crunchy on the outside and soft fluffy potato on the inside. DELICIOUS! Also, the service was spot on; very friendly and attentive. Our server did a great job anticipating our needs and making sure we were happy. She also was very apologetic about the breakfast thing even though that was our fault - not theirs. Husband got the philly - and he enjoyed his meal as well. Oh and our meals were also very reasonably priced. Great little local spot for a quick bite and friendly service!!

This is not the same Knott's landing from when I was a kid. from like mid 90's so this was not the same food it tastes completely different than the previous Knott's landing I have been once but I feel like that is enough to say okay I tried it and prob won't be back the food was pricey for the salad I had was $13 i didnt even finish it it tastes like a dirty grill made the chicken greasy and just wasn't my thing but you may have a better experience so I'm just one person

Tried Knott's Landing a few months ago and was not impressed. Decided to try them again as they had been advertising on Facebook to give them another try. Was Very Impressed. Had two piece Fish Dinner, the fish was as good and perfectly cooked as any I have ever eaten. Slaw was very good and Fries were a kind I have never eaten and were delicious, beans could have been cooked a few minutes longer but the hint of cayenne pepper and bit of ham were really tasteful. The Decaff coffee was at Noon still very good. The Waitresses were very busy and running to keep up, very impressed with their work ethic. Place was uncluttered and clean. Difference from my first visit to this was daylight and dark. Look at Daily Special, Meat and Three with a Drink $10, cannot comment on this as haven't tried it. Give them a try!

Went at lunch time and not many people there. Hope their business picks up. The service was great. The catfish was excellent. Hushpuppies were light and very good. The 4 pc catfish filet plate was a deal at $12.99 and included white beans, fried potatoes, and choice of vinegar or mayonnaise slaw. Endless supply of hushpuppies. The restaurant is large with plenty of space between tables.
