Drive-Thru... always an issue with drive-thru. No mayo get mayo, ask for sauce no sauce. Today double checked both were correct, but the rest of the order was missing. waited an extra 5min at 2nd window only to get half the order.

I asked for NO LETTUCE, NO MAYONNAISE, EXTRA PICKLE. Went through drive-thru and they put large amounts of mayonnaise on my sandwich to the point I couldn’t eat it let alone pick it up. Came inside asked politely to just get extra pickle, manager hands me this. Just sad, never will go again especially when ya’ll can’t get a $2 sandwich made properly. Coming from someone that works fast food, do better!!! Only good thing about this visit was the outstanding respect and service from Naomi on front counter, if only the actual employees making the food were this way also.

Placed a mobile order and location showed open. Drove 20 minutes to town to pick it up only for there to be a paper sign on the window that they were closed. Tried asking the worker at the window how to get my order refunded only for her to not answer and walk off. The manager was sitting at the desk and clearly could see us and the worker turned and talked to her. The manager did not bother to get up or even address us at the window totally ignored us. I called the location and then she got up long enough to answer the phone just to say we are closed until 5am. As a manager you would think she could have the decency enough to let a customer know instead of just sitting and ignoring us.
