Yesterday was my dogs birthday, we bought 4 plain cheeseburgers, 2 large fries, 2 quarter pounders with cheese, 2 filet of fish and 3 vanilla shakes. The fries were pissy warm, the hamburgers were dried out and the shakes were so runny you could drink them without a straw, we live right in town, 1.6 miles away. AND IT COST $54.07!!!!!!!!

I am BEYOND sick of them getting orders wrong, taking forever to fill the simplest orders and the don't-give-a-crap attitude from staff and management! Once in awhile? Understandable. EVERY DAY??? I will NOT order from this place until they get their heads and a$$es wired together!

We ordered 2 combo meals and took 15 minutes for our food to come out. We were missing our fries, stood at the counter for another few minutes, 3 employees saw me standing there and quickly turned to look the other way. Finally, the counter lady we ordered from came back and eventually got our fries. We were 1 of 2 tables in the whole place.
Save your money and go somewhere else.

Sometimes they get everything right but more often than not you get the wrong thing or the food tastes like it's been sitting awhile.

Come on McDonald's if y'all's employees don't wanna drive in snow then they should be able to stay home crap is turning into sludge out here just cause the roads are treated don't mean crap maybe you guys should have a shuttle bus pick y'all employees up and some one that can maneuver in the snow all about the mighty dollar McDonald's industry could care less about they're employees if Ronald's shoe fits well go on and wear it unfair

Very disrespectful and distanced. I firmly believe every single 1 star review justified. My wife just ordered $43 of food, she asked for some extra sweet and sour after they handed her our food, they said "we can't ring you up!" So my wife asked when they started charging and she snickered and said "we always have" then shut the window on her. My wife is gentle and calm, very passive. That wasn't deserved. I just spent $43 for some kids meals and a few burgers and theyre going too charge her for an extra sauce, but they didn't charge, they just denied it all together. I act like I'm surprised, I shouldn't be
I was so excited to get a Mcrib. Then kinda disappointed when I ate it. There were only two Pickles on it and it was light on the bbq sauce

Food was a little slow to arrive, and the burger was sloppy and poorly put together. Just because someone asks for something different isn't a reason to make it sloppily. I asked for extra onions, and all the ketchup and onions were on the outside of my bun instead of on the inside.

Food is always good and accurate. I've never received the wrong order here. Sometimes, you have to wait a while, though. They always ask me to pull forward to wait. It seems like it's always the Frappes that take a while. Otherwise, no bad experience here.
