My sweet husband was hollered at by the wait staff at Moustos Pasta & Grill this afternoon. Matt answered the phone and proceeded to talk over my husband in an arrogant, condescending, and childish manner, even going so far as to yell, “Come on man, I’m waiting!!” so loudly I could hear him yelling through my husband’s cell phone.
We don’t come to Moustos to be treated in this fashion. The manager tried to buy my husband off with a piece of cheesecake. Do you think we are really so insignificant? I’d suggest the owners quickly inservice both staff AND management on the value of common decency in the hospitality industry before Moustos loses more customers to this heathen Matt and his ineffective manager.
My husband and I actually argue over who has to call in our order as your staff is so consistently rude. You have a pretty big problem if we’re complaining.

Went there on 7/15/25 and had lunch. A week later I see the charge on my cc statement and total was different from what i write on my receipt. I have reached out 5 times to have this resolved. First three times I was told no manager on duty or no manager there to handle the problem. The last two times I talked to who i assume is the manager and had to give my info each time. Still haven’t heard anything about it being fixed. I was there on business so I am not able to show up in person! Watch your statements to make sure they don’t take more than they should.

The food was excellent. Warm bread, huge salad, great steak, best seafood tortellini I’ve ever put in my mouth and we finished with key lime pie. Our server was Matt and that was without a doubt the best service we’ve ever had in our lives. We didn’t have to wait or ask for anything. He even boxed and labeled our leftovers for us. His personality and demeanor created such a remarkable dining experience that we will definitely come back and ask for him by name when we do. He had no idea but we were celebrating our 10th anniversary and he made everything perfect and memorable for us.
