The service was better than ANY restaurant I have ever been to. We were greeted upon walking in the door and promptly seated. The waitress was by far the best ever. The experience was fantastic.

The service staff was excellent to include complimentary valet service and someone to open the door for you. The blue filet was perfectly cooked and delicious as were my companions orders. A lovely place to celebrate a special occasion.

I like that they let you substitute any sides, made for a really great dinner. Very delicious! I brought home an order of their sweet potato casserole to have for desserts at home too. My husband loves their steaks, but really liked the Sea Bass he tried this time. Our average dinner cost when we go is about $140. The staff is attentive and it's always a nice time when we go!

Oaklawn Southern is our favorite restaurant in our area. To help you understand how much we love this restaurant, we have an hour drive each way, and it is well worth it. Last night our table had the double chops, scallops, and a fillet. Every plate was returned to the kitchen empty, because we devoured our meals. It was my husband's birthday and he had the crème brûlée. Our son ordered the waffle ice cream sandwich, and I had the lava cake. Everything was absolutely delicious. The waitress, the hostess, the valet, and even the owner made our night a wonderful experience.

At Oaklawn, in Paris, TN, the service by Lexie and Sara was superb. The southern style cuisine was impeccable. Massive wine list. The atmosphere has a cozy classic white tablecloth vibe. Upscale and romantic. Highly recommended.
