Food was not good. Service was marginal. Very pricey for quality of food. Italian Wedding soup tasted like powered chicken broth and was very salty. Tomato Florentine soup was marginal-tasted canned. Chicken Parmesan was good and basic marina sauce on pasta was fine. Bread was dry. Spicy seafood pasta was not good. Very disappointed. Will not be a repeat customer.

After writing an offer we stopped at the Olive Pit for creamy mushroom chicken pasta and spicy shrimp đŸ€ sausage and bacon pasta. Salads too.

What an incredible dinner! It's not extremely often a restaurant pulls off an absolute perfect dinner for me and my family. Olive Pit absolutely exceeded my expectations! We dined in on a Saturday evening for dinner. Our party of 4 was seated immediately at a nice quiet corner table. Drink orders were served quickly along with some amazing fresh bread. The kind you slice or brake, share with family or friends, and dip into olive oil and mixed herbs. It was outstanding!

The entrees ordered were chicken parm, fettuccine alfredo, Jason's Spicy Alfredo Penne, and the star of the show was the Spicy chicken cheese tortellini. This dish was probably the best Italian dish I've ever tried. Both spicy dishes have some heat, but just enough to compliment the flavor. Each dish we ordered came with your choice of soup or salad. Portions are generous and worth every penny.

Our server was outstanding as well. She came by to check on us often and took great care of us. The restaurant wasn't very busy, not loud like other places, and no one rushed us out. We were able to take our time and have a great conversation over dinner.

If you're traveling through the area or a local resident looking for a great restaurant for a nice dinner or a special occasion, you definitely need to dine here. Now if I can only get that recipe for the spicy mozzarella cream sauce....

Parking: The parking lot is a bit small.

Very pleasant place except I took my 85 year old mother and she just doesn’t eat that much but really wanted to try this place since we live out of town and heard good things about The Olive Pit! However she just wanted a child’s portion and the waitress was great and more than willing to please us! The manger on duty overheard our waitress and said we couldn’t order the child’s portion !! Not very helpful at all !! So we had to pick the same dish and split it so we both didn’t have too much food !! If they don’t want to allow elder people to order less portions then they need to incorporate 55 plus entrees at smaller portions! Or half 1/2 portions in their menu! Thanks

A five-star experience for the past 15 years. The bread with oil and seasoning is the stuff of dreams. Literally, I dream about it. The Olive Pit has been my favorite restaurant since my first trip.

I strongly recommend both the chicken mushroom risotto and their alfredo with the bowtie pasta.

I do miss their pasta fagioli (the best I have ever tasted). They also have a great selection of Tazo hot teas.

First time dining at this restaurant and my husband and I were very pleased with our experience. Our waitress (Cady or Lacy) I can't quite remember, was super friendly and attentive. Only things that we would've liked more was a better salad, it was basically shredded iceberg lettuce only and the chicken cutlet in the chicken parmigiana was very small. The marinara sauce was delicious, that can honestly make or break a dish. The vibe was cozy and romantic. I'd definitely recommend this place.

A nice little Italian with good food and great service and reasonably priced. I will definitely add it to my places to stop the next time I pass through.
