I visited this restaurant during my lunch break with my husband. It wasn’t very busy at the time, so we expected a fairly quick and smooth experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

We placed our order and waited… and waited. After about 20 minutes had passed, we noticed that several tables who ordered after us had already received their food. Concerned about the time, I went up to the counter to ask about our order. The staff seemed confused and asked what we had ordered. I showed them my receipt, and they realized that our order had never been entered into the system — the staff member who took it simply forgot to put it in.

Mistakes happen, but what really stood out was the complete lack of accountability or customer service. No one apologized. No one offered an explanation. All they said was, “We’ll have your food right out.” At that point, I barely had any time left on my break to eat, so I asked them to pack it to go. Even then, it took another 10 minutes before the food was ready.

We left with our food, but still no one acknowledged the mistake or said anything like “we’re sorry” — not even a simple apology for the delay or inconvenience.

This experience left a bad impression. While the food might be decent (I didn’t get to eat it fresh), the service and communication definitely need improvement. When customers lose part of their limited lunch break due to an error, the very least a restaurant can do is acknowledge it and offer a sincere apology.

Love everything they have. Glad I have to drive 30 min so I don't eat there too much 😆

The restaurant is cute. Mr. Potato Head everywhere. Cashier was friendly. I ordered the southwest chicken salad with Chipotle dressing. Greens were fresh and crisp, and I like the dressing. Chicken was mushy, not like chicken. Husband got the Ruben sandwich with potato salad. He enjoyed it but said the roast beef has also changed from previous visits. New distributor? Not sure.

We’ve been here several times and have been happy with our food each time. The prices are reasonable and the food comes out quick! The variety of sauces and seasonings are wonderful.

I don't know if you have new workers but I got half a bacon. Ranch 🥔 rather pitiful...shriveled up... But what was even worse was my half club: wilted lettuce, just chopped up pieces of ham and turkey, and certainly not much and meat was so hot ...definitely not up to your usual standards....meal cost 18.96. I understand price increase but this was the most disappointing meal ive ever had here....I'll think twice before coming here again.

Great service. Great food. Kid friendly atmosphere. I love that there is a Mr. Potato Head on every table and a unique mural on the wall of special places around town.

So glad we stopped by; what a lovely hidden gem! Their humongous potatoes with various toppings are fantastic, and eating at a table with a Mr. Potato Head is such a fun touch. The staff is helpful and gracious.

Yea I don’t get it. Came here bc of the outstanding reviews. We got three taters: smoked pork, taco, and spicy sirloin, along with a salad.
I asked to have my bbq sauce on my smoked pork tater on the side, I just didn’t get any, so my potato was extremely dry. The worst part is the fact, you’re literally eating 80-90% potato. The potato to topping ratio ain’t it. So skimpy on the toppings I have no desire to go back. Hardly any meat on the pork and sirloin taters. I ain’t down with paying over 30$ for potatoes. The taco tater should be called the salsa tater. It’s a no for me.

Did a carry out order 10 minutes before they closed and the staff were friendly ans quick. I ordered the smaller portion and it was plenty of food.

So slow! Forgot the potato in a small order.

It was very good. There was enough food to take home for dinner the next night.
