Took 4 times to get order correct. I continue to give them chance after chance. There is nearly always a mistake in the order. Wrong dressing, wrong items,sweet rather than unsweet tea. Food is great! Just always check your order.

This was the absolute best Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger I've ever had. Made to perfection. Just the right amount of flavor seasoning and moist. A big thumbs up. I have eaten many of these in the Southern States.
What's the point in asking me to repeat my order 3 times only to get it wrong anyway?! What a work we live in 🫣🥴 Everytime I've come here there is always something wrong with transaction. Not sure why

Awful restaurant! Food is not good. Other locations are more upto par, but the Paris location is awful. Will never go back. But what I feel is even worse is how they treat their staff horribly. The management are all the way around incompetent.

The young lady that took our order was rude and she kept getting the order wrong. What makes it worse is I had to stop eating when I looked inside and saw the young man making sandwiches pick his nose and continue to make food that was it for me.

I am a door dasher… I have a bit to say so please read all of this and bear with me… the people here are 1- very rude they had just handed me an order (night staff by the way) and I was double checking if I had the customers proper order. It only took me a couple seconds and there was nobody AT ALL behind me and I heard the two women at the window complaining about me (SHE WONT LEAVE) and very mean scowls from both of the women.. she then flung open the window with quite alot of attitude and I told her I was only making sure I had the correct order and she was very snobby…. Other nights (including this one) they just don’t pay attention… on another night they got me the complete wrong order for my customer
And on another occasion they didn’t pay attention that I was DoorDash I said it around 3 times that I was DoorDash and they kept thinking I was their customer and tried to charge me… needless to say they are very unfriendly and all around deaf or just stupid. At least the night staff I am not speaking for the morning staff since I don’t really DoorDash around in the morning
