Haven't been to a Steak N Shake for years but went to support their change to Beef Tallow. Their burgers were really good and kids loved the fries. Wish there were more in West Tennessee it's about a 50 mile drive from home so it won't be a weekly thing.
Dietary restrictions: Steak and shake will begin using Beef Tallow instead of seed oil and I will make it a point to go here when in Paris TN

No register. Spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to order. Couldn't find coffee, couldn't figure out drinks. Won't be back until you have a register.

The food was horrible. Too much of everything on the burger. Fries tasted burnt, old grease. Wanted to use my S n S gift card. The cashier said there was no money on the card. I called the number on the back of the card to verify the balance when I got back to the hotel. There is a $25 balance on it. So even that service was bad. Totally ruined my appetite and evening.
Are you kidding me? Wow! I live in DC spending the weekend at our lake house and I've had the best overall experience in customer service ever. Nicole from New York is a star as a business person with lots of employees I would give anything for them to be be fast, pleasant, helping at every turn! This should be a 6* review!! If I open a business in Paris one day, I would attempt to hire her. Don't take this talent lightly. A Star, who exceeded all expectations.

Food quality not at level of prior visits. They have gone with computer order system. Most all servers are gone. Personal are ok at best. Use to be somewhat exciting to visit, not now. This is my last interaction with this business .
