Where’s the manager of this place? Each time I’ve been here, I get different sized sandwiches. Nobody there knows what they’re doing. Obviously there isn’t a manager who cares. I won’t be back to this store. I’m done wasting my hard earned money

First of all, why would a restaurant Not accept coupons, especially when the local postal service hands them out? And you don’t find this out until you have waited 30 minutes in line and finally get served only to accidentally see a sign on the counter. Then you are told, well, you might could order online and it give you a coupon. So you decide to just get something and then not only are there items in the food containers that don’t belong, but one ☝️ f the sandwiches gets made wrong. After one server was very kind explaining all the coupon rules, I then had to ask another employee to wait on us, which didn’t seem to make her happy that she had to stop talking to her friend. This used to be the best ran Subway in town. They had good food, excellent service and it was clean. Not so now. Huge disappointment!
I totally understand with rising costs cutting back. When you cut back on the main ingredient of the Sub ie. Ham to the point the consumer can't taste it. I think it is time to close the doors. I purchased 2 foot long Subs today. The person preparing the meat and cheese took so much time trying to make sure to make sure that he only placed 4 four single slices of ham. I mentioned "doesn't a foot long Sub have more than 4 slices of ham?" He put on 2 more single slices. It wasn't until later when my wife and I ate the subs that my wife who didn't know about what had transpired at the restaurant mentioned that she couldn't taste any ham. Note to franchise owner: the money saved by cutting back on the main ingredient is totally lost in labor cost. (It takes so much time to try and only place one razor thin slice of ham at a time, than the money saved on the ingredient)

I’ve been coming to this subway since I was little, just recently the bread is ALWAYS STALE. and they do not heat the bacon??? The last 4-5 times I’ve had to have them remake my sandwich because they do not follow the instructions on the app or the window for that matter. Please hire better workers these people are lazy. I’ll post a pic of the stale bread lol….

We love this location and normally I would rate it as a 5, but the last 2 times I went in there my bread has been almost like it was dough. Hopefully it's just a fluke and it will be corrected.

Every time I go to this subway the same teen guy is working n he always says they're out of meatballs with an attitude cuz its 30 minutes before closing. If u don't want to work nights then let someone else do it. It's unethical to try to not do the job until closing. I know young ones want to get off early but he does have a job to do regardless of what u picked up already. It is ur job!! So I dont eat here I go to the one on memorial cuz they do the job until it's time to close. Thank u!

Last night we stopped at this subway drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of us and after about 10 minutes the first car that was at the window pulled off so we pulled up and we’re still one car away from the speaker. 10 minutes later a worker comes out and puts cones behind us, so I roll the window down and ask what’s going on why is taking so long. She says the car waiting 1st in line has 3 sandwiches and a dipper , they have a lot of online orders and they are training 2 people so they are closing the drive thru down. So I’m like okay… well whatever we will just wait. And at this point there are cones behind us so I can’t back out anyways. So we wait and wait and about 10 minutes later we pull up to the speaker and she says we aren't taking anymore drive thru orders. Now I’m slightly irritated but not yet angry and I say uhm.. okay well I can’t get out because you blocked me in. She replies oh well if you were already in line I’ll take your order in just a few. So I am not even exaggerating 20 minutes later she comes back on the speaker and says I moved the cones for you as I see someone behind me picking up the cones. Then I became angry. So because of that I am writing this review. These people obviously don’t know what they are doing. They are making sandwiches…. I have 4 kids and I make more sandwiches in a meal than they had in the whole drive thru. It can’t be that difficult. So what I did was come home and door dash it to me since they couldn’t take drive thru orders. And even at that my order was STILL wrong. I ordered a pizza sun and they didn’t put marinara on it. Who eats a pepperoni and cheese sandwich with no sauce.

I saw the drive up and thought cool. However I waited ten minutes and nobody said anything. Drove around front and went inside.There was a line of 4 people and 2 employees. Waited for another 10 minutes and left. Line did not move. Maybe training a new person?? I left. Went to a different Subway.
Go here a lot as it is near my place of work. Staff are friendly. Drinks available to buy, don’t match the app. The drive thru seems to be closed 50% of the time for some reason.

I ordered a Cali caprice and they didn't put avacado on it. Any time I've ever had them put avacado on anything they make sure to charge for it though. I feel like they owe me some avacado.

I usually go to the Tyson store but this one was closer. I ordered a cold cut combo and I the only meat I got was bologna. I ordered 2 cookies, one chocolate chip and one double chocolate. I got 2 chocolate chip cookies ??♀️. I was suggest if you are in the area going to the Tyson location, they always get my order correct. FYI this is not the 1st or 2nd time the Mineral Wells location has messed up my order.
