We went to Tom's tonight. I ordered potato skins for the table and the beef kabobs, as did my husband. My childeren ordered a cheeseburger and a pizza and added a salad bar. My father ordered country fried steak. The kabobs kabobs came out extremely under cooked. Purple and rare. There were also only a couple big pieces and 3 other small ones on my kabob. The waitress has us scrape the meat onto separate plate to cook again. We waited on eating our sides until she returned. So that was cold by the time she returned. When the steak returned she asked us to cut it. I cut one, it was fine. Told her it was fine. I ate that piece. Once done the rest were still rare. My husband's was as well. We picked out what was actually done to eat since we had already been waiting. Then asked for the manager. My husband let him know what was going on. He asked to get my meal removed instead of sending it back a 2nd time. The manager informed him that he could only cook it again. There was already food eaten and to much had been eaten to remove the meal off our ticket. (I had only eaten 2 pieces off this already small meal) I tell the manager we don't want it cooked again. I didnt eat my food. The steak or the baked potato. Its cold at this point and the steak is still wrong. We have been here over an hour at this point. I ended up eating my sons pizza with him. We went to check out and the nice young man at the check out counter asks how our meal was. I said pretty horrible honestly. He is very nice and asks what happened. I tell him. He apologized and said give me just a minute. He returns with the same manager. I said oh this is the same man that already told us he couldnt help us. He got very loud and said I dont know what you expect me to do 90% of the food has been eaten. Which is completely untrue. The majority of the steak and my entire potato is still sitting on the table. I tell him the younger gentleman asked what was wrong I told him. And I very much didnt eat 90% of it. And even so we have had to send our food back more than 2 times at this point. My husband told the manager after that, that we very well didnt eat 90% of it. We dont even want both orders removed. Just mine. The other 4 meals and appetizer we are happy to pay for. He gets very loud and yells PAY AND LEAVE!! Everyone upfront was uncomfortable. He was so loud and incredibly rude. I paid cash. A 97.00 bill. I paid and tried to get out as quickly as possible as to not cause a scene. We enjoy Tom's usually but we will not be back after being treated that way. Ive never had anyone on customer service speak the way this manager did. The table next to us was also complaining to the waitress about their food. They were also not helped. We wont be back.

My chicken parmesan tasted like steak not that I don't like steak but not when I want chicken. They don't have mashed potatoes on the menu they serve country fried steak you got to have mashed potatoes. When we were there they were out of baked potatoes so only choice was fries. The salad bar didn't have potato salad this time.

you need to fix your menu to say you only can add the salad bar to your lunch special at a discounted price if you eat in. I was gonna be charged the lunch salad bar of 9.99 instead of 5.49 just because I took my order to go. I love the food here but not happy about this because it wasn't presented like that.
