Their ribs, chicken & pulled pork are excellent! You can eat in or carry out. Very good beer selection with several craft beers available. Service has always been down home friendly.

We love to stop in for a BBQ sandwich coming back from LBL. The only place I'll eat BBQ outside of Memphis. Always good after a long day on the trail!

I don’t write many reviews.. especially bad ones. I usually try to let it go under the understanding that things can’t always go perfectly. But today.. I’m frustrated and sick of useless people so here we go. I called Trolinger’s at 3pm with a question about meat. I was transferred to the meat department, naturally. A man answered the phone and I asked if they had pork belly. The man told me yes. To clarify I said “so if I leave now and head your way, you have plenty, it won’t be a problem?” The man said yes we have plenty. Mind you, they decided to close at 4pm today, I assume due to weather and road conditions, which is fine. But it’s now 3:05 and I live 45 minutes away so I had to rush there in the ice and snow. I get there at 3:50. I walk in and head back to the meat department. There are three men standing behind the counter watching tv. I walked up and said hey guys sorry to come in last minute but I need some help. They just looked at me with no response so after an awkward silence I continued by asking for pork belly. The man looked at me and said they didn’t have any. I explained that I had called before I came to check and be sure and was told to come get it… again they just stared at me. Then one of them said “do you know who you talked to?” Well… I was transferred to the meat department and there are three of you standing here so I assume one of you. I was simply met with “yea we pretty much sold all of that yesterday.” So… you have been out of pork belly since yesterday, but the man I talked to said there was plenty and I jumped in my truck and rushed here in the ice and snow. This was about the third time I stated that. Again I’m just met with blank stares and “I don’t know who you talked to” IT MUST BE ONE OF YOU THREE right? Not a single apology was offered, not one of them expressed any interest in taking any kind of responsibility. So I grab my other items and head to the front to pay. The woman asked how I was and I stated FRUSTRATED and then offered the story to her. Again a blank stare, and it wasn’t until I literally had to say “no one is taking responsibility or apologizing in any way” and then finally the guy waiting to bag the items, who had the smallest part of the entire interaction by the way, said “sorry you drove all this way” I mean, thanks for trying but we are beyond that. So for one, how freaking hard is it to actually look and be sure you have the product you are telling me you have, before I drive 45 minutes in ice and snow weather conditions? Spoiling alert, The answer is not that hard. Then, take responsibility for your actions whichever one of you did it. And lastly…. This is a place of business, to which all places of business should attempt to maintain good professional relationships with customers… so once you have realized how much you’ve screwed me over… offer a simple apology and I might have been ok with it. Instead four people stood there looking at me like I’m the idiot for driving all that way FOR NOTHING!!!! I hope the management/owners of this business see this review and take a good long look at their employees morals and standards. #customerserviceisdead

The food was ok. However, the booths are made for kids not full grown adults with some weight on them.Vegetarian options: They offer a veggie plate

This is the second time the tall man with a mustache was rude and acts like it is an inconvenience to make a sandwich. If you dont like your job. Find another one.

I am not reviewing the food served here, which is always good, but rather the meat sold by the store I have been buying my meat here for over 10 years, and have been pleased.lately though their beef has gone downhill. I purchased several loins of new York strip, and then a rib steak rack, and to my disappointment the meat was so bad my wife, and I had to wind up using it for stew meat,(as steak it was so tough, and full of gristle.)it was impossible to eat.

Like going into an old time meat market/ store. They have some really good barbecue they cook on site along with ribs and other meats and can make you an awesome sandwich or plate. They also make sandwiches from their cold cuts to order. They have tables and chairs for dining in. The store sells anything any quick mart does. I highly recommend this establishment.

I shall gladly give All Golden Stars for Trolingers Inc,I travel from Bowling Green KY quiet often and into Paris, TN where Trolingers is located. My first and foremost most important area in the Store, is looks and appearance is the Ladies room. Tidy ,cleanness, clean smell, toilets always clean along with toilet tissue, lady needs, hand soap and paper towels!! The entire property, from the parking lot to the back of the inside all the way through out the place,,, Appears to be Top Notch for Any paying customers,,, which I am, and will continue to to stop at Trolingers Inc. Usually don't receive big gobs of fat in their family packs. But I would say close to half a pound of fat after we picked it all out. No way they could have missed it. Very disappointed.

Truly a gem for the area. Delicious sandwiches, barbecue, and breakfast. Top-notch, competitively priced butcher shop also. My one stop shop before I cross the river and camp. A rather impressive array of drinks and adult beverages. Truck parking in the back, just $2 a night.
