Worst experience ever!!! The manager Natasha took our order at the counter...but took 15 minutes to acknowledge us. She gave the drive through their orders first. When we asked her about it she yelled at us. Said go away. We left with no food and no refund...way to go Wendy's make your money by stealing it!!!!

Normally I don't write reviews, but I decided I would.
Went to Wendy's after a 8 hour shift, Ordered 2 Chicken Sandwich combos and a 10 piece chicken nugget combo — Before getting towards the window; Was Told the food was being made fresh and would take 5 to 10 mintues, Got to the window and the Order was not repeated back (Which would have been necessary had said order not been taken/inputed correctly).
After that was handed 3 drinks that were ordered without ice — Expected all 3 drinks to be at least a little cold/cool but instead they were hot to the touch.
The Sandwiches and Nuggets were fresh I suppose, Though some of the fries were definitely old.

Chicken was close to perfect if it weren't the extra wait time spent waiting. 3 cars went through before our chicken was cooked to near perfection.

Ordered a #2 meal. They were out of ice... the soda was flat... and tasted watery, which doesn't make sense with the lack of ice.
The rest of the order took 18 minutes to come out BUT it was made fresh without requesting it. Food was really good. No ketchup for the fries though.
The staff i interacted with were kind and apologized for the wait so il leave 4 stars even though the near 20 minute wait was miserable.

God bless all the employees at Wendy's in Paris, Tennessee. They messed up on my order but they made it right. They are truly good workers. I hope they all get raises soon 😁 And the food was hot and delicious!!!

This Wendy’s does not deserve four stars. Not a single person at the drive thru got their food at the window. They tell everyone to pull in to a curbside spot so they can take their sweet time not even following your order. These ratings need some serious adjustment, so I’ll contribute to re-rating them.
They messed up my burgers, gave me mustard when I requested no mustard, and didn’t put any sauces in the bag. There’s nothing like staring at the “quality is our recipe” sign for 20 minutes waiting for a poor quality order.
Update: these are the driest nuggets I have ever eaten, they actually take significant effort to tear them in half (to visualize how hard and overcooked they are).
Food was hot and made to order. Had to wait for food, per Wendy's usual mo. Ppl were friendly

Absolutely horrible in every way. It started off with the apparently new employee taking our order by asking "What y'all want!?" Definitely needs more training before being left alone. When we finished ordering he then said "That's it!" And rolled his eyes. Gave me regular nuggets when I order spicy and didn't even make my frosty. Nuggets were cold and dry and the frosty was half melted. Tables were dirty, food and drinks left on them, we we're the only customers eating in. And the rest of the staff just wanted to stand around and have conversations with their friends. Will never go back!!
