The longest wait I’ve ever experienced for fast food. It’s ironic that the staff had time to set up a holiday party in the lobby, yet couldn't manage to get a drive-thru order right. After the long wait, we were still missing fries and sauce. Definitely our last time visiting this location.

I am taking the food home now after waiting 15 mins on a baked potatoe. A man walked out without a frosty he ordered because the machine was not filled up and a mean looking young man was playing some rough music while others employees were complaining about what all they had to do.

The register was not working, but they didn't let anybody know. We're all just standing there for ten minutes or better until I asked what was going on. Then when they took the order , they overcharged me. I asked for my fries, extra crispy and they got mad at me and told me they'd never do that again when I asked for it in the first place, it should have been done. The Dr. Pepper was not working on the soda machine but they didn't care about that, either. The table was dirty and it had me clean before sitting down. Not happy with the way the they treated us.

It was really busy. I've worked in fast food a lot in my life and I feel like they needed someone with more experience helping out during this rush. They were still very friendly and got my order right

I will not be back at this Wendy's, extremely poor customer service. Woman at the drive thru was constantly interrupting me as I tried to make my order and didn't even get all of my order so when I went to collect my food and pay I mentioned the missing item and they charged me again! No wonder to was nearly empty at noon on a Saturday

Twice my mom had to let them know that her hamburger Patty was not fully cooked at that particular location in Paris, Tennessee, but other than that, they were pretty good and they were good about making it right.

I always enjoy our local Wendy's. It's my go to spot when I want something fast and fresh. Only downside to the experience is the drink machine is usually a miss on the correct soda/syrup mixture. Besides from that always a great time!

Worst experience ever!!! The manager Natasha took our order at the counter...but took 15 minutes to acknowledge us. She gave the drive through their orders first. When we asked her about it she yelled at us. Said go away. We left with no food and no refund...way to go Wendy's make your money by stealing it!!!!

Normally I don't write reviews, but I decided I would.
Went to Wendy's after a 8 hour shift, Ordered 2 Chicken Sandwich combos and a 10 piece chicken nugget combo — Before getting towards the window; Was Told the food was being made fresh and would take 5 to 10 mintues, Got to the window and the Order was not repeated back (Which would have been necessary had said order not been taken/inputed correctly).
After that was handed 3 drinks that were ordered without ice — Expected all 3 drinks to be at least a little cold/cool but instead they were hot to the touch.
The Sandwiches and Nuggets were fresh I suppose, Though some of the fries were definitely old.
