Went to frozty top there was 2 of us ordered or food my buddy got his food and almost got done eating while I'm still waiting for mine only for the server to come tell me the don't have the stuff to make my order wait you just discovered that when my buddy is about done eating horrible way to do business be awhile before we return

LOVE LOVE LOVE frostys as much as anyone else around here butttt yall should really invest in some different chips for the nachos. When I arrived the girl said that the order had JUST came up so I know they hadn’t been sitting long and it was more than likely just a brand issue but they were really soggy and I didn’t have a single crunchy chip! 😭🫶🏼 Also I only live about a minute or maybe 2 from y’all so they couldn’t have gotten soggy during that short of a drive.

Just moved to town. Prices are wonderful with specials. Their chicken, bacon ranch wrap was a big hit. Delicious. However, we ordered waffle fries with both plates & got regular fries. Was not informed that they didn't have waffle fries. The regular fries were okay. The homemade ranch was fabulous. The wait time for to go order was a bit much we waited a while before going to pick it up. There was no one there when we arrived and still waited an additional 20 mins. Overall the prices were well worth it & the wrap and each were good. Would have been 5 stars if we were told about the waffle fries and if the wait time wasn't so extensive, which is why we ordered in advance. But thank you for the delicious food and good prices, it's appreciated. God bless!!!

They never answer the phone to take a pick up order. If they do, it takes 45 minutes to receive your food. Most of the time the foods not ready even after you show up for the scheduled pick up time. Food is over priced and not thoroughly cooked. Extremely disappointed! Don't even bother with this place, I know I'm done with it!
