It was bedtime and I considered it late. Almost 9pm so, the service was plain, simple, and regular pace. My Frisco burger was not exactly hot, but it worked. The topper wasn't fresh so, tomatoes, mayo, and bacon are the key to complete the freshness. Parking lot was empty really even though there's plenty of parking spaces and ability could get rough during the day.
Parking: Should have no problem unless during the day is more than late evening as I experienced

Hardee's has nailed it with their ham biscuit—it's hands down the best in the quick service restaurant industry. The biscuit is soft and buttery, and the ham is perfectly cooked and flavorful. If you're looking for a quick, satisfying breakfast, Hardee's ham biscuit is tough to beat.
Be careful here. I went to Hardee’s in Parson today, 9/4/24 at about 12:30. I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and a drink…almost $16. What?? So, I inquired on the price of the quesadillas at the window since the app showed $2.99 each. The lady checking me out insisted they were $5.98 each. I assumed at this point it was just cheaper to order on the app. Unconvinced, I drove back around after getting my food. The menu outside also showed $2.99 each. So, how is this possible? Did I just buy lunch for the employees? How do you get this that wrong by doubling the price and insisting it’s right? Something is up here.

I stop here weekly . The bathrooms smell like sewer. I witnessed a female employee use the bathroom and return to work without washing her hands! Disgusting ? do better.
The food was good as always. The workers are friendly. This party Hardee's is understaffed, which causes the atmosphere to suffer.

Parsons, TN Hardee’s, we’ve been to your restaurant many times over the years because it’s right on our way to places we enjoy visiting. I don’t know, but this may be our last visit with you. Management either wasn’t present or didn’t care. Actually, someone in the back was yelling “I don’t care” when another worker said “we need to get this done.” The lady from the front had to go put on an apron and help in back. Other orders got ahead of ours and we had to wait. We were on our way to Vanderbilt for my husband that’s had surgery for cancer and really didn’t want to spend a lot of time waiting on food. One man told them he was going to be late for work, just give him a biscuit. Last week when we stopped, it wasn’t great either. My husband wound up with cold coffee. We used to like stopping here, but we may not anymore. Also, why on earth take away the best thing you had on the menu? The cinnamon raisin biscuit was the best….when they actually put enough icing on.

Rude no one has it together. We were in drive thru for 5 minutes no one said anything she dropped two biscuits and was giving dirty looks because she couldn’t give us the food correctly. I honestly use to work at a fast food and that was not acceptable.
