I order a big breakfast in the drive thru got home went to eat my meal and they forgot my hashbrown I live 8 miles from the place so it is not like I can go back and get it. I asm so glad they pay them more money for this

Go through the drive thru at 9pm before my 3rd shift job and you can't even order coffee or McCafe because they already have them all shut down for cleaning. 2 hours before close when the machines clean themselves is ridiculous
Got a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe. The bread was stale and fell apart when I picked it up and my meat patty was raw and pink in the middle. I always order no salt fries because if I don't they will be cold. 2 large fries and both were less than half full.

Average food, not great, not awful. My main reason for leaving this review is that if you intend to eat here remember to specify what size you want your meal. They will not ask, and will automatically upcharge you for a large drink when you didn't ask for it. It's scummy behavior, trying to nickle and dime customers for even more after the food prices have gone up INSANE amounts in the past few years. Save your money and remind them that if you want a medium meal, to give you a medium drink. Ridiculous they are allowed to get away with this.

Someone working there thought it was totally fine to give us drinks that were leaking, apparently. Ordered three drinks and two of them had leaks. They knew because they gave double drink holders that were wet. I will not go back to this McDonald's.

When I went thro drive thru, they couldnât not get any order right until I told them I worked for McDonaldâs and I had to tell the guy on the headset how to put in my order. Then I got to the first window to pay I asked the lady to repeat my order and she closed the window on me and paid my order out and I told her they guy put extra on my order that I did not want. She looked at me blank and had an attitude and just pointed at the 2nd window. Then I got up to the 2nd window and they guy that took the order I told him he still didnt ring up the order right and he closed the window on me as well, and gave me the food and it was hard like a rock soaked in mayonnaise, told the guy I wasnât please and was finally able to speak to a manger. The manager was the only nice person in the store!
