Black girl in chevy s10 around 9:45 thursday sept 18 2025. Ordered the quarter pounder meal and asked for my fries to be fresh. They said they would cook them fresh. Also asked for bbq sauce. All yall did was redip the fries in that oil. I use to work in fast food & those fries were not cooked to order. & didn’t even get my bbq sauce like i asked for. Shit is too high in today’s economy. I will be contacting corporate.

Only reason anyone goes there is it's fast. Not really fast though. I ordered, waited 10 minutes and by the time I got my Big Mac and fries, it was cold. This location has also made have to go in and get my order from curbside. Its hit or miss. The only reason to go there is because it's convenient, not even fast. I won't be back.

Well I just left there and I specifically asked for no pickles on one of the sandwiches I ordered due to an allergy, but apparently that doesn’t matter to the people who work there. Food allergies are not something to be played with as you can do serious harm to people. Please train your staff and your managers to be more aware of food allergies before you make someone extremely sick or even worse you kill them!

I have gotten the same breakfast for the last 3weeks and for the last 3weeks it has.been wrong. I have tried calling the store but they want answer the phone and I am disabled and live to far to have to turnaround and come back to try to make them correct their mistake. If they can’t tell the difference in a “spy egg McMuffin” but I keep a “sausage egg and cheese”. Now anyone who is an expediter should know what they are putting in the bags for the customer. And the reason for not answering the phones is they don’t give anyone their receipts so that they can’t complain. We will be going back for quite a while I’m sure but I wanted to let everybody know so you can hopefully learn from our mistake

The Food was not great but never really is. There are a lot of rude workers here. Seems like they will hire anyone these days! Not returning to this location. :( collin was a sweetheart and was working hard plus the sweet little lady running the food outside but everyone else was so rude. :(
We bought senior priced coffee, it was 68 cents in Lawrenceburg Tennessee, it was double the price in Parsons Tennessee. This McD's taking advantage of the offering. We took it with us, so didn't even expect a refill.

Disappointed they want to charge for sauces , I don't like ketchup and asked for honey mustard and she said they have to charge 25 cents per pack .....shame on you McDonald's

I order a big breakfast in the drive thru got home went to eat my meal and they forgot my hashbrown I live 8 miles from the place so it is not like I can go back and get it. I asm so glad they pay them more money for this
