Baked potatoes were huge. The young lady that took our order was preoccupied with friends. Our toppings were wrong. I explained to her all she did was giggle and say oops and walk away. Never came to correct our order. So we left our food and walked out. This was November 8th, 2024. My partner has been before and liked it. This time, he said inexcusable.

We tried Prater's Taters in Parsons for lunch today! Wow, oh wow! Delicious! The biggest potatoes I've ever seen! So many different choices, too! They offer sandwiches and soups if you don't want a Tater! We tried the BBQ Tater and the Cheeseburger Special Tater. Very tasty!!

What can I say about this place?? We absolutely love it. They have the best food and your order is brought to you pretty quick. Not a lot of waiting. The baked potatos are amazing. You have so many options as to what you can load your potato with. They also have great wraps and sandwiches with sides. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

This place was a big surprise in a very good way. The Taco stuffed potato was very tasty and so huge! The prices were very very affordable. I will definitely be coming back here when I am in Parsons again!

Great diner food! Ordered the western omelet with bacon and hash browns. Bacon was not over cooked and the hash browns were not over done or too greasy but could have used a little less oil or butter. My party also had the chicken biscuit which was claimed to be excellent and a tenderloin that was to the surprise of the customer, extremely good for not being breaded. None of us were left feeling heavy after having breakfast.The waitress was polite and rushed us along as quickly as she could since my party was in a bit of a rush. Good food and great service!
