I went to Sonic at Parsons on October 31st. Order time was 11.50pm. My order # is 499803 tag. 404. My total was $24.39. I ordered 4 corndogs. They were cooked to much and 1 burnt that i could not eat. We ordered chill cheeze fries and tots and fries that is listed on the receipt. Both were tots an̈d my granddaughter would not eat. We got food there often and have been satisfied.

I'm so dissatisfy every time I go to Sonic in Parsons TN they manage to mess up every order I placed and I'm a valuable customer there but the service there is horrible this will be my last time going there unless they give me something to considering I always have to go back there to fix my order it's a waste of my time to go back so they can fix there mess up and by the time I get to eat the other food it's cold I'm very disappointed at there service I would like to still be a valuable customer if they fix up their mess ups thank you so much for your time

The server came outside and called an ELDERLY LADY some very horrible things and told her to never comeback. The server’s name was April Gibson (The last name may be wrong, but the first name is April). She had no right to do that. It was ABSOLUTELY disrespectful. If that’s how she’s treating customers, she should not be in any kind of leadership status. When you work in fast food, you’re supposed to be kind and understanding to your customers. You’re not supposed to tell them to leave just because they asked FOR EXTRA PICKLES ON THEIR BURGER. It was utterly disgusting. She’s done this to people many times and deserves to be fired. She should be ashamed of herself for the way she acted.I’ve worked in fast food. I know how stressful things can be and get, but I would NEVER do that to someone. Absolutely shameful.

Tonight I ordered a chocolate covered strawberry shake. It was not made like the one I had the other night. It is just vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate whipped cream...no strawberries or anything. And it was not made like a shake it was just solid ice cream. I paid over $7 for this so called shake. Very disappointed

We were afraid to order hamburgers because of a past experience, so we ordered onion rings, tater tots and cheese sticks. ALL of which were barely lukewarm. The food tasted the same because of the oil. It needed to be changed about a month ago before we ordered!!!! To put it mildly, the food was totally lousy!!! We don't understand the fact that if you feed people junky and tasteless foods, they come RUNNING back for more time and time again!!! We really need to take a stand against the consumption of this poor diet. Maybe then, they will improve their quality of food, and we can better enjoy eating out once in a while.
