So my wife ordered a milkshake and a pretzel and I was eating my milkshake and once I lifted my spoon I noticed that there was a piece of hair on it and the name to the order was from Brook madison

Smash burger was on point!! Chili cheese tots were great! Everything came out hottt and fresh, and the wait time was not long at all.

Sat for 10 minutes from 10:40 to 10:50 after activating the button with no answer only to finally get answered and told the closed at 10:50 instead of 11 like there actual hours say

The lady tried ringing up my bun and patty separate saying it was cheaper, literally cost 4 dollars more after charging for condiment, and .25 for ketchup. I asked for a normal combo meal and they refused to service me and said no! It's cheaper this way I promise! It was super sketchy and weird because they refused to just give me a number 5 combo. We will route around this area for all future travel plans and I'd suggest you all do the same.

I went to Sonic at Parsons on October 31st. Order time was 11.50pm. My order # is 499803 tag. 404. My total was $24.39. I ordered 4 corndogs. They were cooked to much and 1 burnt that i could not eat. We ordered chill cheeze fries and tots and fries that is listed on the receipt. Both were tots an̈d my granddaughter would not eat. We got food there often and have been satisfied.
