The chicken salad is to die for! However, it would be over the top if it was served on a really good sturdy bread rather than a couple slices of Sunbeam. Also the $9.50 price for the combo would be ok if one, the bread was better, and two, you served crispy homemade chips or even fries rather than of a teeny pack of chips from a variety box you purchase in a grocery store. I really do love Embers, but I feel like it's too expensive for what you get.
Such a cute little ice cream shop! There is plenty of creative little seating arrangements, reminiscent of an outdoor garden/patio. They also have an actual outdoor deck area with umbrellas to shade you while you enjoy the summer heat. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.
