Ordered 2 footlong subs through the app. Same thing all the time. When I got home, no extra lettuce as ordered, only 4 slices of tomato on the whole thing, ordered multi-grain bread, they used white...why? Tried to call the manager, not there...tried to call the next day a few times, no one answers the phone. So I will just leave my complaint here. Not going there again.

My husband and I visited on a trip back from out of town. Very clean, very quick food was good and service was 110% compared to others. We talked about how nice this location was compared to ours. We live in Ooltewah and we have just about quit going to that one. Ooltewah location just needs help to speed it up. This subway is great. Thanks again!
Today Ms Katie made me my sub perfectly 🎉🎊 so if y want a good sub find Katie (normally they mess up a item or two on my sub) but it was made perfect Thanks again Katie u need to be employe of the month 🎉🎂🤩

The wife and I came here a week ago or so and got two footlong subs. Our food was amazing, when I asked for extra Pickles, I got extra extra Pickles, so I am one happy camper. Thank you guys, we will be back.
