Frequently mess up orders and seem to not understand that requests for non-dairy milk can't be subbed with whatever they have available. Recently charged me almost $50 for 2 orders of Munchkins and a medium coffee by splitting out and charging a full extra drink for each espresso shot I requested add, then sent me into an allergic reaction by using dairy milk when I requested oat. It's just Keurig cups anyway, save your money and go to a real coffee shop that will follow your order.

just walked out of the pleasant view tn location, the young guy waiting on me was to busy vaping and hitting on the girl working with him to wait on me, vaping as he is taking my order, I just walked away, not going back

I have been to many dunkins, and I can honestly say this is one of the best. I have commuted from Clarkslville to Nashville every week for the past 8 months and almost everyday I stopped at this location. The coffee is the most consistnent out of any other Dunkin I have been too. They are alwasy busy, but usually I get my order in a resonable amount of time. I recenlty moved to Nashville, and I will miss this location. I have been coming here for YEARS as I grew up and went to highschool in Clarksville, college in Murfreesboro, and am now living and working in Nashville. This place was always a stop for me on my many trips in and out of town. I knew my order would always taste right! Thank you so much to the Dunkin Team at this location. You guys ROCK!!!

If your espresso maker is down, they should lead with that not have the girl who can't find anything on the POS or hear through the machine take several minutes to get through the food then when you start to order coffee say oh we can't do that, all espresso is down.

Young lady in a black and green nightmare before Christmas hoodie was rude, and threatened to refuse service because I wanted to go over the order and change it when i had to come in the store to confirm the large order. She threw a fit on having to do her job correctly . I asked her to go over the order for me because it a a larger 16 drink order for a work function and it was WRONG but she told me she started making the drinks and that I have to pay for them or refuse my service .
They don't know how to listen to your order and never make it right they need to learn how to make orders right

I've only been to this location twice but it's been great both times. Fast service and the food and drinks are just right. My hashbrowns this time were a little soggy but still good.

The staff was fantastic (polite and efficient as they could be) but management- help your team out. Thirty minutes for a coffee and two donuts on a Wednesday afternoon is ridiculous. Help them out by staffing your store appropriately. The staff working today deserves a bonus!

Today there was one worker taking orders for drive thru and in store, he also made the drinks and packed the donuts. He did very well juggling between all the tasks. I want to give him kudos for his hard work!
There was another worker preparing the food. He seemed slow moving and I was surprised he didn't help in any other capacity, like making the drinks. The hash browns weren't hot.
