I've only been to this location twice but it's been great both times. Fast service and the food and drinks are just right. My hashbrowns this time were a little soggy but still good.

The staff was fantastic (polite and efficient as they could be) but management- help your team out. Thirty minutes for a coffee and two donuts on a Wednesday afternoon is ridiculous. Help them out by staffing your store appropriately. The staff working today deserves a bonus!

Today there was one worker taking orders for drive thru and in store, he also made the drinks and packed the donuts. He did very well juggling between all the tasks. I want to give him kudos for his hard work!
There was another worker preparing the food. He seemed slow moving and I was surprised he didn't help in any other capacity, like making the drinks. The hash browns weren't hot.

I don't drink coffee, but my wife swears by Dunkin's coffee. For some reason, it was undrinkable. She poured it out after one sip.

They completely messed up my coffee and instead gave me the nastiest sugar water oat milk concoction I didn't ask for. The person said they were never trained to make a drink offered on the menu, and just stared at me until someone came to help (which was not at all helpful). Then I stood at the counter trying to let them know they messed up, and 2 employees and a manager just ignored me and pretended to be too busy to see me. And everything looked gross and sticky. Train your employees, please!

New management is terrible. Takes 20 minutes to get food. Extremely slow, no one who works there knows anything. This place went down hill big time after the new management or owners took over.
If I could I’d give everything I zero because the people who work here are very rude and don’t care about their job never once have I seen a smile even if it’s fake and everytime I go it’s always wrong the order is never made right and not to mention it’s always nasty.

I am going to STOP coming this location for good ! Every time I come here either the coffee is wrong or not strong watered down . Or for example today I ordered a new Carmel swirl ( it’ comes with whip cream and Carmel on top unless you ask otherwise ) and mine didn’t have whipped cream or Carmel in it !!!l and I didn’t ask for no whip !!!! Last time I went the coffee mine and my husband tasted like water ! Maybe pleasant view will get a Starbucks until then I’ll go elsewhere for my coffee!

Food was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I ordere a sausage egg and cheese croissant. The egg/sausage was cold, the croissant was hard dry and stale. I have been nauseated ever since I began eating... And I literally only took two bites. Now let's talk about the hash browns. They were so soggy I could ring out the grease. They should be crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. Far from the case, now let's talk taste. If I had to guess by the taste they haven't changed their oil in months. It was sour and burnt tasting and they had an odd metallic taste. Needless to say I only ate one. TOTAL waste of my money!!
