Food was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I ordere a sausage egg and cheese croissant. The egg/sausage was cold, the croissant was hard dry and stale. I have been nauseated ever since I began eating... And I literally only took two bites. Now let's talk about the hash browns. They were so soggy I could ring out the grease. They should be crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. Far from the case, now let's talk taste. If I had to guess by the taste they haven't changed their oil in months. It was sour and burnt tasting and they had an odd metallic taste. Needless to say I only ate one. TOTAL waste of my money!!

Let's start with the fact it's in a gas station. That alone should tell you what you need to know. But, let's talk about the staff. I've had better service from a Porta potty. Literally. I get that you serve coffee and stale donuts for a living and that probably makes you feel some kind of way for not succeeding, but dang, how about having a smidgen of pride in your job? Who in their right mind hands a beverage out SIDEWAYS? She handed the drink out in italics and I was dumbfounded at the thought process of this employee. It wasn't a blizzard from DQ- it was liquid. All this after huffing at me, through the speaker, when i asked her to correct my order that she put in wrong.. I was very clear in what I ordered and it wasn't difficult. I wasn't speaking in a foreign language, I didn't stutter or have an accent. I think more time needs to be spent on customer satisfaction and accuracy and less time on hating life.

Coming from MA, I find it hard to go more than a few days without Dunkin. The one here in Pleasant View has never disappointed me. And I’m PICKY with my Dunkin! Since moving down here I’ve visited a number and they can never seem to get anything right for me like they did up in MA. This one does, they hit EVERY TIME. Service has always been fast too, and the employees seem nice!

They really should close this location down. They do not make any donuts there. They're delivered, so not quite fresh. I counted 8 people laughing and talking while 3 customers stood at the counter. I tried to change from 2 dz to 1.5 dz donuts, but the girl wouldn't listen, so she ended up ringing it up incorrectly, even after I told her 3 times. Then she didn't know how to refund me. The manager suggested I get the 25 munchins instead. Then a different person starts getting the munchins. He's just throwing all the different kinds in the same box on top of each other and got half of them wrong. In the end, I overpaid by over $8, got the wrong donuts, and had a terrible experience.

Atrocious experience. The bigger female wearing glasses working the window was the rudest person I’ve encountered lately and the level of absolute audacity was astounding. Ordered a whole wheat bagel, double checked it at the window and she said it was already being made as a plain bagel. I asked for what I ordered and she said “Are you really going to make him re-make it?” Yes. Bc that’s what I paid for. She got a bigger attitude and called out to whoever was making it and said “They waited till the window to change the order”. Incorrect. Told us to pull to the curb. We did, in a big white delivery van that is unmistakable. Waited over 10 mins, no food. My husband had to physically go into the store to get it and that same female argued with him about what a curb was. He had to go back in a second time to get the OJ that was ordered. Also didn’t get a straw and his coffee was made wrong. This isn’t it, y’all. If that female is the manager or lead for that team, I feel sorry for them.
Great spot we stopped at passing through. While the staff was young and talking to their friends, they still made an effort to be helpful and very polite. Also, this was the last Dunkin I had...moved somewhere they don't have one and happy it was a good experience!

Careful using your bank card here! I went in Tuesday around 3:30/ 4 pm got my usual drinks that I normally get every few days. Went through the drive through. Girls was nice as usual but something seemed off cause usually there is only 1 girl at the window. This time is was 2. One took my card other one handed my drinks and received tip. Then got my card back. Well yesterday Wednesday I seen a text come through the bank! Fraud alert! Haven’t used that card anywhere else for the past few days! And definitely didn’t go to Dunkin Wednesday cause it’s my day off!!! While on the phone with the bank she said that my card was ran a few minutes before 2pm for Dunkin’ Donuts same location pleasant view. Same price as my normal 2 drinks then once that went through they tried to order from Ralph Lauren and a few other places. Bank is investigating it and I did say I definitely will prosecute! I called to the store this morning to let management know and be aware they may want to check cameras. Manager on duty kept saying young girls work afternoon shift and they wouldn’t do anything like that. And the cameras would have caught them and sent video to management immediately.if they was taking photos of cards ……. I told her I didn’t call to argue. If it was my employees I would definitely want to look into it myself but she didn’t seem to bothered by my concerns! Wanting to raise her voice slightly. And said it had to be someone else or something blowing off my concerns. Just beware when using card at this location in the evening!!!! I definitely won’t be back to this location. Definitely won’t use my card ever again at a drive through. My bank is investigating ATM. So I’m not bothered by it. As I told her on the phone.

I come here all the time. They went above and beyond this morning when both my drinks didn't taste right and they remade them for me, no questions asked. Excellent service!! Staff here is always nice and pleasant!!
