Second time ordering here, the first time they didn't bring the tortillas or the side dishes, I gave it another chance this time they didn't even give me the jarito I ordered but they were good at charging for it, the steak didn't even have tortillas or the shrimp and to finish the poblano dish the mushrooms were burnt, the rice was salty and the chicken was raw, it's really terrible, I will never come back here.

There was a really long wait tonight but once we were seated with Ramone (Ramón?) he hustled hard! We had our drinks and food out to us quick and fast! We watched him serve many tables and he really made sure everyone was cared for. My son appreciated him calling him “Boss” as he asked for the type of refill he needed. We felt the happiness and chaos of a busy night. Even a “Happy birthday” was sung. I will say, the wait when is quoted 15-20 always double that, but it’s worth the wait to have such a great spot locally. With great bartenders, cooks and wait staff. We adore our El Dorado nights! Thank you!
The quality of El Dorado has gone down ever since Estefanny and her husband left up there. We get most of our meals to go, today we got Burrito Fajita Chicken. We got very little chicken, mostly onions. Usually it is covered in white sauce, very little today, thin and watery. Very unsatisfied with quality.
