The food is good, the margaritas are not bad... the customer service from a certain person is terrible. Stopped in yesterday - 08/13/2024 - (after vowing to never go back) at 400ish wanting a margarita and sit on their large, umbrella-filled patio -- there was not one customer in the place -- "Patio is closed." Bam! No explanation no I'm sorry. Just said that and walked away. WHY do you have a patio if it's ALWAYS CLOSED??? As a resident of The Village, you would have a much more successful business if you actually tried to care about your clientele... you would be amazed at how much support you would get. Instead you force us to drive down the road to other locations that DO CARE and SERVICE their customers.

Food is the most authentic Mexican around Pleasant View. Other restaurants in the area struggle to season their food. Guadalajara not only seasons theirs but does so in an authentic way. You won't be disappointed eating here! Just be patient with Dalton as he is on his toes but also one of the very few members of staff. He does a great job. We will be back again!

If you want your money stolen this is the place to come!! Whoever is doing their CCs is adding tips without consent . Carried out my take out order for $30 and card got hit for $36 and NO I don’t tip on carry out food .

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Pleasant View. The food is always fresh and well-made. The wait staff are always kind, and they usually offer much better and faster service than the other restaurants in town. And they have homemade guac!

Our experience was excellent. We are vegan and our waiter checked to make sure the beans had no lard. He was great! We’ve been once more since then and it’s a great experience every time with very good food.

The manager tries to trick you into charging you more be careful they tried to charge me $60 plus but I ask for the receipt and then they got the bill right apparently after being caught.

This place is delicious.Me and my wife asked for a guacamole and it was tasty. It’s rare that Mexican restaurant make it in the right way. I asked for some carnitas and my wife for a chilaquiles. Everything was good even the michelada.The service was above and beyond.Definitely we will back again.
