Extremely disappointed with this Hardee’s. When I pulled up, one of the employees was outside smoking and wandering around the parking lot instead of working. It already set a bad tone.
Then it took forever to get our food, and when we finally got it, they were missing a fry. How hard is it to get two combo meals right?
Slow service, poor attention to detail, and an overall lack of professionalism. Definitely not the experience I expect from this location.

Doynna served us on August 26th at 12:37 ticket DT#203 and she was incredibly rude if we hadn't been waiting to be served for so long we wouldn't have even left with food from here. I was trying to just get a burger but she was rushing me and assumed I was getting a meal. She cut me off when I was trying to ask a question about the product rudely asking small medium or large. Then acted annoyed that I was just buying a burger.

Just wanted to share that I stopped in for breakfast and was very satisfied! The young man Alex was so very polite and made sure I got what I needed. He went the extra mile I would say. The food industry needs more people like him! His good deeds and manners definitely shouldn’t go unnoticed!!!

Very nice and clean restaurant. Very pleasant and helpful staff helped me address my allergy restriction in a manner that allowed me to partake of the scrumptious meal prepared by the food prep technicians (cooks).
I found my meal absolutely delicious. The cheeseburger was as if had been BBQ at home and the French fries were perfecty cooked and hot. The staff weas also professional and friendly. I will be visiting this location for my meal whenever I'm in the area.
