Doynna served us on August 26th at 12:37 ticket DT#203 and she was incredibly rude if we hadn't been waiting to be served for so long we wouldn't have even left with food from here. I was trying to just get a burger but she was rushing me and assumed I was getting a meal. She cut me off when I was trying to ask a question about the product rudely asking small medium or large. Then acted annoyed that I was just buying a burger.

Just wanted to share that I stopped in for breakfast and was very satisfied! The young man Alex was so very polite and made sure I got what I needed. He went the extra mile I would say. The food industry needs more people like him! His good deeds and manners definitely shouldn’t go unnoticed!!!

Very nice and clean restaurant. Very pleasant and helpful staff helped me address my allergy restriction in a manner that allowed me to partake of the scrumptious meal prepared by the food prep technicians (cooks).

I found my meal absolutely delicious. The cheeseburger was as if had been BBQ at home and the French fries were perfecty cooked and hot. The staff weas also professional and friendly. I will be visiting this location for my meal whenever I'm in the area.

The mushroom Swiss burger was prepared perfectly compared to other Hardee’s we have eaten at in Tennessee.
Well, I went there last week to get a Frisco barbecue sandwich and they were out of it so I ended up getting a regular Frisco. Well there are coupons in the paper for the barbecue Frisco burger and went last night to try to get one and the girl said they no longer carry that yet it’s on the drive-through menu as a big advertisement and there’s coupons in the paper that don’t expire yet Wasn’t very pleased at all and when I got to the drive-through, I told the girl that she needs to take the sign down and she said she don’t take care of that very unprofessional

Ordered the $5.00 meal deal posted on marquee with double cheeseburger fries and drink was charged 6.99 when I asked about difference was told they must have raise price frustrated but still took order. Burger and fires tasted old like they had been sitting around. This was the first time in over a year that I have stopped to get food there unfortunately not a good experience. Was not in store so don’t know about atmosphere.
