I would go back if the food wasn't good because the staff there were the kindest and sweetest people I have met in a fast food restaurant! I wish I knew their names. Excellent service and the chicken was delicious as all KY fried chicken should be. The exit is 24. Very impressed with the workers ! Check it out !

This place is almost always out of chicken in one way or another. The last time I went, it was 6PM, prime dinner time when they should have some of everything prepared. It wasn't busy but they were out of extra crispy chicken and dark meat original. Mismanaged and the employees don't care. I left and got Krispy Krunchy chicken from the Mapco across the interstate.

This restaurant is constantly out of chicken. Just waited 40 minutes for a 12 pc meal and they ran out of extra crispy. I suppose as an attempt to make up for it they gave me 18 biscuits. What am I going to do with 18 biscuits? I guess when you're a chicken place with no chicken you work with what you've got? I try to go back here about once every 6 months to see if anything has changed to no avail.

Stopped mid afternoon not very busy slow service not clean. Food wasn't hot.
Ordered 5 piece tender meal, took 38 min, during that time I could see the kitchen. Gloves were handling more than food. It looked nasty and greasy on the prep tables. The men’s restroom was nasty, really could commit on the food refused to eat. It gave it to us stray. Wast of $13.43.
Love there chicken but employee attitude was the definition of lethargic and uncaring
