The service was ok, staff was kind and nice but they didn't know what they had to offer and made me choose another option after paying.Food was terrible, tasted like fish because they don't change the oil and the sides are not fresh.

RenMar in Pleasant View. I showed up at 7:30pm to see 3 of the employees sitting in the lobby not doing anything. Walked up to the counter and saw another employee sitting on the counter with her feet up. She hopped off and told me they had no chicken at all. What? Last week they were out of nachos. How are they able to stay open? KFC = chicken & Taco Bell = nachos.I will never visit this building again and makes me hesitant to visit either name again. The employees seem to have the ability to do whatever they want and don't have food. They should all be fired and the franchise owner should just fold up shop. Sad excuse for a KFC or Taco Bell.

I ordered a 2 piece chicken meal. I said one white meat one dark. When I get home and go to eat my food I have 2 white pieces, which I would have not been oo opposed to but both peices were SO overcooked it was inedible and hard, flavorless and could hardly chew it. The biscuit was way hard and overcooked as which i would normally attempt to fix by adding honey and they were out of honey. Only thing they got right was mashed potatoes. The service I marked as poor because how slow hut really its a staffing issues looked like 2 people in the entire store. I was craving kfc but this was such a let down and waste of time and money

Just went through the drive thru and no one ever took my order, drove by the window and no one was in there. No signs up saying they were closed.
