DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS!!! I ordered pizza an hr and a half ahead of time and when I showed up to get my pizza, they hadn't even started making it. When I told the kid I ordered it an hr and a half ago he told me that doesn't put me in front of other people. This is the 2nd time they have messed up our order and we've had to wait well over the alloted time. My wife called and spoke to a manager and the manager told her our order was never going to be made. There was a glitch in the system and our order was stuck at the bottom of the queue and wasn't moving. We will probably never order from this store again.

Ordered carryout at 4:46 p.m. 1 lg., 1 med, 1 cheese bread, 1papadia, and 1 cookie. App tracker said 5:06-5:16 ready. Immediately showing they were making the pizza. I arrived at 5:16. There were 3 people waiting and 2 workers. No workers ever spoke or asked if they could help me for at least 5 plus minutes. Finally, 1 worker came over and called 2 names saying those were ready and 4 or 5 more orders that were next up, none of which were mine. The worker went from tapping on the computer straight back to touching all the food without washing hands or gloves, multiple times. Several people came in and out, and a couple left with food. After about 15 minutes of waiting another worker came in the front door of the store with his energy drink, AGAIN straight to the register never washing his hands. He told me mine was next to be made. I explained it was supposed to be picked up over 15 min ago. He said sorry then proceeded to go make pizzas, again NEVER washing his hands. Some people canceled orders after ordering online and being told it would be 30+ more minutes before they woukd have them ready. Finally at 5:46, I received my orders. I told him I understood a busy night, but he needed to at least wash his hands. People don't want food he has been touching without at least washing his hands. Very negative experience and service!

One of the worst Papa John locations; they will constantly forget the extras you ordered, pizza not tasting anything remotely like Papa John’s, and incompetent drivers delivering your pizza to the wrong address.... if you can, go somewhere else!

Second time I decided to give them one more shot...they gave my pizza to someone else. Paid $30 for ONE pizza, and they gave it to some random person.

I won't get into details, but I waited longer for my order than the website said I would, and a small portion of my order was wrong. All that being said the two guys running this place tonight were hustling. I waited inside the restaurant for the additional time it took to get my order ready. During that time I saw 4 other customers come in asking about their orders. Apparently they weren't suppose to be taking online orders due to being shorthanded, but orders were coming in anyway. I watched an employee explain this to 4 customers and 3 out of the 4 of them acted rude, cursed and overall disrespectful. He apologized and remained professional during each exchange. Meanwhile between each interaction he was preparing the dough, and actively working to get orders ready. The work ethic was impressive. The food was good even though it was made under stressful circumstances. Papa Johns, give these fellas a raise. They deserve it.

Prices rising as quality drops. I used to order 3chez blend and it covered pizza...now it doesn't.. even when I pay for extra chez. Other Papa Johns locations charge less and actually cover the whole pie. I will order at a Nashville location after work and heat it up when I get home.Don't waste your money here.

How does that make sense? They always say they are short handed, under staffed and they just dont care if your mad.. I really wish they would shut down and let something else come in.

So Papa John's is our goto takeout pizza. It is normally very good and consistent. This location is just a little off. It taste just fine, do not get me wrong, and it has never made us sick. It just does not stack up against any other Papa John's we have used. The largest always look a little smaller, the cheese is never quiet melted enough. This last time the crust was not completely done, like the oven is just not quiet hot enough. And everytime you talk with management (just making small talk) there is always just some problem. And one other small note, this is the only location that I have used that charges extra for additional garlic butter, to me this is kind of a sign of an issue hiding in the back ground. Unfortunately it is the only Papa John's in the area so we will most likely continue to use, as the springfield location is just a bit to far.

Dont take the chance on them.Ordered a large pizza with cheese sticks on the side. And 2 garlic sauce dips. One of the dips was smashed inside the box drenching the whole pizza underneath. The other dips had small cracks already
