I swear they forgot the sauce. I know thin crust is thin but this stuff tasted like pizza flavored cardboard. Way too dry. The young man at the window was super nice though.

Funny thing is was traveling then stop by Pizza Hut to get some food,after ordered my food man in front asked for tip!!!! tips are optional after customer get the service NOT before!!! Was so rude Busy place due for been away from city and there’s two gas stations and truck stop nearby

This place would have been a lot cooler if they had pizza/cheese sticks for sale by the slice, or something similar to the Little Ceasars setup. Next to a gas station, I was hoping for some quick travel food beyond what was offered at the gas station.

Don't bother ordering extra cheese. Just 2.99 for nothing. I like cheese and even with extra cheese the pizza is lacking cheese. Not going to ever bother with pizza hut again

We LOVE our Pleasant View Pizza Hut! We order from there almost every Friday night!! It’s always best to order on their APP! You can get loads of FREE STUFF there! Staff are 99% friendly as can be and even though we go pick up our pizza’s we are sure to tip! I can’t ever remember there being any A/C on inside that establishment!! What is with that anyway? Those poor kids have got to be absolutely miserable especially in the summer! Like for instance today - it’s climbing to 103° and that doesn’t count the heat index! So OWNER OF PLEASANT VIEW TN PIZZA HUT, if you are reading this - - Please get some A/C in your MAPCO Store for those poor kids in there! Geeeeeezzzzzz!! That’s pitiful!! Bless their heart’s!! My guess is that wherever YOU’RE sitting today, Pizza Hut Owner Person - - It IS in air conditioning! So have a heart and help these poor kids out and call the HVAC people up there - please!!!!!! Go see them! ALL Food and service is top notch!!!!

Employee coming from outside on break and straight behind the counter, no hand washing. Another Employee straight from the bathroom to behind the counter, NO HAND WASHING. The one from the bathroom knew I was watching him, and still did NOT wash hands. Definitely calling the health department to check them out. You can tell that there is poor management.

Hit or miss with service. We occasionally get a cold pizza and we live less than a mile away and sometimes they're on top of it. It's always fun mystery. Kids love pizza so permanent customer.
