Got there to pick up our pizza and they asked us to pay. We informed them we paid with a card online but they wouldn’t give us the pizza until we proved it with the receipt from Apple Pay, even thought the order said ‘Paid with card’. Then when we asked for red peppers and Parmesan they told us it cost extra. I’m sure we couldn’t have it because we didn’t fall for the pay 2x scam. The pizza was ok but the sauce for the breadsticks was stone cold.

They screwed up my order twice o n one order. I had a delivery order, paid $15.00 tip plus pizza huts delivery fee of $4.99. Got my pizza and wings, but no dipping sauce that I ordered. 3 BLUE CHEESE AND 3 RANCH! HOW HARD IS THAT? THEN I CALLED THEM TO TELL THEM ABOUT IT, AND THEY ASKED IF I WANTED IT TO BE DELIVERED? HECK YES, ALREADY PAID FOR IT. THEY BROUGHT ME MY DIPPING SAUCES 15 MINUTES LATER, EXCEPT THEY GAVE ME 2 EACH AND NOT 3! I'M DONE WITH THEM!!

Guy who checked me out was rude. Then I saw a lady put a cheese bread up to her face and sniffed all over it then continued to give it to the customer. Place needs to get checked out by higher ups

Delivery. Kids loved the pizza. Delivery forgot my sauce and sent the wrong order. But the delivery driver was awesome and the workers at Pizza Hut all corrected my order and promptly delivered my order.

Food out for delivery at 515 pm .. been driving around outside with my pasta for 45 minutes (I AM LITERALLY 5 MINS AWAY) I called and complained .. they DIDNT EVEN OFFER ME MY MONEY BACK OR NOTHING!! I took my 10$ cash tip back inside. Food arrived at 6pm cold as f pasta I didn't even want it anymore I WANT MY MONEY BACK ..DONT EAT AT THIS PIZZA HUT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AND WILL NOT OFFER YOU YOUR MONEY BACK AFTER WAITING AN HOUR!

I called to order pizza, pasta, and desert. To only have the women on the hang up on me. Then hang up again when I called back!!!!! Bull shit place!
Ordered 36 wings, got home to realize I was given 18. They only offered to refund partial of my order, and didn’t even do 50%. Awful service and then didn’t make it right at the end.

Absolutely ridiculous.. ordered at 5:30, told to wait 20, arrived to pick up at 5:55. Huge line outside so I went to the drive thru. As the second car in line I waited til 6:10 to move up. Two people came to the window to ask my info and then vaporized I guess because I never saw them again. The third had never heard the phrase customer service I guess because I had to knock on the window to get him to acknowledge me. I had sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes at this point. After wandering around for a few minutes, he got my food from the warmer WHERE IT HAD BEEN THE WHOLE TIME! I then had the audacity to ask for sauce for my 20 dollar wings, to which he said “it’s 76 cents a sauce”. I had enough and left at that point.. an hour and 3 minutes after I had made the order.
To add insult to injury, when I got home, I realized my pizza was wrong!

We ordered delivery, paid the fee and tipped 25% because it's Christmas. Pizza didn't show after 45 minutes, but showed delivered on the app. We called them and was told it was dispatched. Still no show. I went to the store for a refund only to be told it's in the warmer. After almost 2 hours, we finally got pizza which was lukewarm and dry. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I swear they forgot the sauce. I know thin crust is thin but this stuff tasted like pizza flavored cardboard. Way too dry. The young man at the window was super nice though.
