Employees were nice. Double check your order and make sure you're getting what you paid for. Ordered a chili cheese coney and did not get chili or cheese. But funny enough, they remembered the onions. Who wants to eat a plain hot dog with onions?
Edit: Contacted support at the link provided in the response. They would not give a refund.

I was so upset we waited forever for someone to answer, then once we got food we were missing stuff. Called through box and she was trying to charge me for food they forgot.. then it took forever for the to bring it to car after me calling again.....

I previously gave this location a 5 star, but after my recent visit, it’s a 2 star. It’s only 2 because of the pleasant attitude of the employee. She was nice, and apologized multiple times. However, there were 3 major inconveniences with my visit.
I ordered, and received the order in a not unreasonable amount of time. I was missing a burger, and informed the lady. 5 minutes later, the lady passed by and asked if we received the burger. We hadn’t. She checked on it for us, and said it would be right out. Another 5 minutes, and it had finally arrived. I have been here for half an hour at the point, but finally had everything and could leave. I get home and pass out food to the family. The 2 supersonic jalapeño cheeseburgers I ordered, had no jalapeños... One of them, which I ordered as “a supersonic jalapeño cheeseburger with mustard and ketchup”(not mustard and ketchup only), was mustard and ketchup only; no other toppings(including the previously mentioned missing jalapeños).
So, after half an hour and 2 screw ups, I get home to find a 3rd. I will still visit this location, since there aren’t very many other options when I visit my wife’s family in Pleasant View. However, they deserve the one star, and I’ll certainly keep this visit in mind the next time I’m looking to pick up a quick bite for the family when I’m in town. “How about Sonic?”, “Do you remember the last time we went?”.

Idk how they have this high of a rating. I order a cheeseburger with everything except mayo, got nothing but mayo, no napkins, no forks for chilli cheese dog, corn dog in the kids meal was burnt to hell. The ONLY thing they got right was a 5 piece chicken strip that looks straight out the microwave

Here lately all my family has received is cold food, melted sundays or limeades always without fruit in them. Save yourself some trouble and stop somewhere else, because apparently any complaints do not get remedied. I will state that the carhops are very nice and cooperative.

It’s a fast food place…. That said, it’s almost ALWAYS correct orders & fresh food. Always good service. Props where props are due.

This is a great Sonic. Everyone is always so friendly and nice. I've only ever had 1 or 2 problems that they were quick to fix. The food is always great.

Ordered on the mobile app 2 slushes and both were made incorrectly. Didn't even mix the 1 pump of flavor into the ice. No cold foam on the other. Tried to get someone to fix it but they were too busy to stop and listen.

Absolutely furious and deeply disappointed with this location.
Let me be clear—this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The cashier—was rude as hell. And I don’t mean “a little short.” I mean cut-me-off-mid-sentence, rushed-me-like-she-had-somewhere-better-to-be, didn’t-care-at-all kind of rude. I asked for a moment to think about my modifications and what I wanted to drink, and instead of giving me the basic courtesy to finish my thoughts, she kept repeating “Anything else? Anything else?” with an impatient tone that made me feel like I was a burden just for placing an order.
When I finally managed to tell her what I wanted to drink, she gave me a full 30 seconds of silence—clearly annoyed that I dared to ask for a moment. That level of pettiness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
Then the food came out. Cold. Old. Completely wrong. NONE of the modifications I requested were entered. Nothing was on the receipt. And clearly, nothing was communicated to the kitchen. I sent the food back and clearly restated my requests: fresh fries, jalapeño ranch, honey mustard, napkins, and a mint in the bag. Simple.
When they brought it back out? Still wrong. No napkins. No sauce. And again—cold, stale food. Danielle told me it was “fresh,” but there were no grease stains on the bag, no warmth to the food, and it was obvious they just repacked the original order and sent it back out like I wouldn’t notice.
I opened the fries—they were still cold. The chicken? Still cold and clearly not freshly cooked. At that point, I was done.
I told Danielle: “ either refund it or make it right with all the modifications like I asked. Doesn't matter to me but I’m not accepting this” And finally—about five minutes later—the manager, Naomi, came out. At first, she had a bit of an attitude too, which honestly was the last straw for me. But after I addressed her directly and held her accountable—not just for her team’s actions but for her own leadership—she calmed down, heard me out, and made an effort to fix it.
I’ll give Naomi credit: she tried. She listened. She attempted to correct what went wrong. But at that point, too much damage was done. The attitude, the cold food, the complete disregard for my time, money, and basic respect as a customer—it was beyond recovery.
I didn’t even want the food anymore. I just wanted my money back. And I won’t be back.
This whole experience was trash from start to finish. And if this is how they treat customers on a regular basis, I feel sorry for anyone else who walks through that door expecting common courtesy, hot food, or competent service.

Just terrible. Today I ordered only a drink and some tots. I waited 30+ mins for A DRINK and a few tots while other cars drive in and receive their orders within a few minutes. I finally flagged a food runner down to ask about my order and she runs in for another 10 mins and comes out with cold, old, bottom of the grease pan tots and a watered down drink. Ruined my day. Just wanted a little snack.

This places customer service is abysmal. They’re always slow. The machines never work. The microphones are always broken and you have to scream your order. They never get your order correct they also left a chunk of plastic in my dog‘s pub cup and then refused to acknowledge it. The black gentleman that works there I think he’s a manager he’s crusty his attitude is terrible and should not be in customer service. This place needs to be shut down. Its standards are garbage. The equipment is garbage and the employees suck.
I just left sonic and they didn't give me my whole order they read it off to me but when I got home it was missing the onion rings and the mozzarella sticks tasted like they had been in the warmer for hours I know I didn't go till almost 9 pm but everything about my order tonight was terrible the edges of 1 of the hamburger was hard they left part of my order and the cheese sticks was hard and the cheese was like rubber and this isn't the first time this has happened this sonic use to be really good but now I hate when my family wants to go there then also the ordering screen wouldn't even let me pick to pay with card and this is the 3rd or 4th stall I've been too that has issues about choosing your payment type or if it lets you choose it want let you select the top amount it's just terrible and when I try to call to speak to a mgr the phone just rings and nobody answers
