The food was cold the order was wrong they charged more after giving the total... we had food missing and they were dumbfounded about everything.... to many kids playing and not taking what they are doing serious... worst experience at sonic EVER!

Just so we are clear this Sonic/KFC is not in Paris! The one here used to be awesome.. Hasn't been clean or good since Dave left.. So the stars are for outside Nashville Sonic

I think sonic trying to compete with the taco bell next door on who can be the worst fast food restaurant in pleasant veiw. People leaving because their order not being taken. I didn't want to be one but after 20 minutes of waiting I decided to leave.

Idk what's going on with this branch, but they are terrible. Maybe they're short handed. That's fine. But maybe tell the customer that you won't be able to get them their order in a timely manner. Id rather you say that than take my order and leave me waiting for over 25 mins. I could've went some where else. I don't like my time being wasted.
They take forever to get food ready and deliver it. I'm a dasher and I had to call the store after talking to two different employees just to get 1 shake

Went for m&m blasts. Said machine was down. Also said soft drink machine was out. Got milkshakes which were nearly melted by the time they arrived. This Sonic has really gone downhill. Very unhappy.

Usually don’t complain but the size of the ”dish” of ice cream we just got was laughable. We got a dish at the Tom Austin location which was a generous portion in a styrofoam cup. Gave it a try at the Pleasant View location and it was less than half the size. It’s in a sundae cup without the toppings and it barely reached halfway up the cup!!! Do better Pleasant View!
The food was good. But what stood out to me the most was how fast the food was fixed and delivered to us! They were busy with lunch rush, and the girls still had smiles on their faces! You don't see that much nowadays!!!

Not truck (super duty) friendly. Wait staff was rude and brought me incorrect change; bill was $29.21 and I gave them $40.21 I was given $10.10 in change. Not a big deal but after waiting nearly 10 minutes for my change it was irritating.
