This subway is usually really good and I like that they have a drive thru. But when I pulled into the drive thru, I immediately drove off for the sheer fact an employee was standing out the back with the door open, looking very sloppy and smoking a cigarette. I would hope this person would wash their hands prior to making food but I couldn’t trust that. The employee looked very unclean. There should be higher standards
We have come to a point in life where asking for the basics seems like an impossible task. So, I’m on keto and can’t have bread. I have been to this location, several times before and it was alwaysa good experience. Money is tight for everyone, so when a deal comes along, you try and make it work. Buy one get one for a dollar comes up on the app. I’m excited, and starving. I go in and ask if I can get that and put it in a bowl, so that I don’t have to basically waste 2 loafs of bread and scrap what I can eat off. The gentleman insists this can’t be done because 2 bowls would be off in inventory and that is unacceptable. I’m like ok, I guess I’ll go somewhere else. Another employee stops me and we chat. I explained to her my issue, and she says just ask for the bread on the side in the instructions and you can get it how you want it. I make my order on the app, put in what she said and wait for my food in my car. At the time it’s supposed to be done, I pull around the drive-through and she says it is not made yet. The gentleman who originally told me I couldn’t do it, comes and says you walked out before I could ask you a question. Do you want it on the paper wrapper that comes inside of the subway wrapper instead of on the bread? How much stuff do they waste and throw away each day is racing through my head. At this point, I’m like are you serious right now? Are you doing this to spite me, or are you literally just that big on trying to prove a point. I waited an additional five minutes for my food, which was not a long time to wait on top of the 20 mins I had already been there. My food came exactly how he said it would. All thrown together and wrapped up in this wrapper. To some it may look nice and neat but eating it was an issue. The wrapper got soggy and rubbed off pieces into the food. I am beyond pissed off right now. The level of pettiness in the world today is outrageous. If two freaking bowls are going to throw off your entire inventory and bankrupt you, then you don’t need to be in business anymore. I will not be back to this location ever again, and if this is the way, Subway operates, I will be done like most people for good. Unbelievable.

Out of all of the subways I have been to this is the worst. Terrible customer service

Extreme language barrier. my dad asked for a outlaw sub [a steak and pepper jack] and received a ham. my mom asked for a veggie and got a turkey. while my mother told them to take the meat off my dad didn't. on my own personal sub I received 3 pieces of spinach on a 6in. there was about 3 other people in there yet they were so flustered and rushing around like a chicken without a head.

Ladies were kind of rude. Sandwich was over toasted so it was dusty. I paid extra for extra meat and it was less than they normally would do.. I ordered online so that was my bad. But just super disappointed in how well they did cause I love Subway. Might drive farther for a different Subway next time…

When you order a BLT with turkey and avocado added and get home to find bread with a couple pieces of bacon and some avocado, it so disappointing. Especially since they don't have a working phone number to call them. I'd give 0 stars if I could!

Disgraced people due to using coupon that that only location doesn’t support? Then claims we don’t have the money to pay for said meal unless we use the coupon? Won’t return and to the manager with just the name tag manager that’s not very professional. Such a joke.

I ordered a 6 inch pizza sub, when I got home and opened up the wrapper there was marinara sauce all over the rapper, oozing out the sides of the sandwich. It was so messy that I couldn’t even eat it. How about y’all take it a little easy on the marinara sauce from now on?

Food and service was good. I ordered a all American with only spinach on it. When I opened my sandwich I noticed I only got a total of 6 leafs of spinach for a foot long. I ordered a regular amount of spinach. But other than that, store is clean and received my food fast.

I would give it higher ratings if I child use my subway app and coupons, but they don't participate in any coupon programs.
