This little place tucked in a block of business could be overlooked , but I would highly recommend you slow do and see the sign between a Mae ican restaurant and the twisted fork! The attention you will get is amazing. We ordered an appetizer, kielbasa sandwich with French fries, Philly cheese steak and tater tots and a bbq pulled pork with sweet potatoes fries with three ice teas and tip under $80! The sandwiches were chock full and the heaping sides was to much to eat. I highly recommend the bbq sandwich. Stuffed with bbq pork, picked slaw and pickle was amazing! The bun was super soft. The Philly cheese steak was also a huge sandwich, but a little greasy, still very good the bread was delicious. The kielbasa sandwich was also stuffed with kielbasa with caramelized onion and hose radios sauce. We left with two take home full! This will be one place we will be going back to….one more reason to go is the honor military and first responders with 10% off your meal. Just make sure you all sow you ID as it is off your entree. They also have a full bar that from what I seen has a very long pour!

Came in late last night, honestly felt bad because it was bout a hour before closing, but as bad as I hate to say it I don’t regret it one bit! That was some of the best food I’ve had in Cheatham County in a LONG time! We weren’t expecting much due to how late it was but the service and quality of food was impeccable! 100/10 Highly recommend!

We were driving from Asheville to Paducah and needed to get dinner after Nashville. There aren't a lot of options except fast food beside the interstate. Pleasant View was about 6 miles off the interstate but had a few bar and grill type places. I chose this because there were a variety of options. I had the chef salad. The only thing out of the ordinary was they used salami rather than ham -- but the salami wasn't overpowering, and the overall salad was good. My spouse got the Sweet Chili Chicken sub and upgraded to onion rings. The bread was soft and chewy -- the amount of food on the sandwich was too much for one meal. We took left overs and ate the rest as a snack later. If we're ever in the area, we'd go back and try new things.

My wife and I had dinner with some friends Friday night on the patio. Our server took entirely too long to great us. We ordered drinks (3 from the bar and 3 fountain drinks). I didn't watch the time, but could tell by my beer that it had set at the bar long enough to warm up. When our food came out, a member of our party didn't receive his and was told that it cooked for too long? That didn't make sense because everything else came out "normal". It was obvious that his meal wasn't entered and the server blamed the kitchen. That brings me to my next and final point. By the time we got home (about 30 min) I was puking my guts out. I actually had it coming out of both ends. Around 2AM my wife followed suit. When I called the couple we had dinner with their yougest also woke up puking.
To be fair, I/we have eaten here a few times and never experienced anything like this. So maybe it was a bad night. Unfortunately, one bad night can ruin a business for a long time.

Kid-friendliness: We have a toddler and an elementary aged child and they both love going to Swezey's!

I had the best MEDIUM burger around about a month ago cooked perfectly. I came in tonight and only for the burger. The lady that took our order said they no longer do medium burgers (Restaurant Norm) due to the health inspector?! Living in the village I have now had to cross another place off the list of places I won’t be eating. I have never had a restaurant tell me they can’t cook a medium burger.

I had an amazing experience here! I ordered the Cuban sandwich with sweet potato fries and I couldn't get enough, the flavors in the food worked extremely well together. My sandwich seemed to get even better with each bite. The sweet potato fries were perfectly fried, they were large enough to actually taste the sweet potato and were not overly greasy. The waitress that helped us was personable and helpful, she was able to give us multiple suggestions on what was good. The atmosphere was laid back. The music was not overly loud allowing for conversation at tables without having to talk loudly. My only regret is I don't live closer because I would eat here regularly if I did.

The meal portions are plentiful and seem like a good value for the money. Swezey's offers tasty appetizers and traditional sides to complement their meals. Swezey's Pub offers a sports bar theme with friendly service and delicious meals.

The food was 5 stars for sure, the waitress from Colorado is attractive, but the service wasn’t great. Ordered appetizer and two meals, but we never got a refill on our drinks. I ordered a Guinness, expected it to be on tap at a pub, but it was in a can, and served with a non Guinness glass. Went to use the ketchup and the lid was covered in old ketchup.
