You would think with this Taco Bell being in Pleasant view it would be a decent one. This Taco Bell has been shit for years. Give it a few months we go back still shit a few more months go by we try again still shit. Just picked up a nachos and cheese dip 12/15/2025 got about eight chips in my bag Also bought a six dollar gordita crunch. And came with about a tablespoon of Taco meat, not to mention the sour cream and shredded cheese all over the bag on the inside would definitely recommend the drive to Joelton, Tennessee. I will never spend another penny at this Taco Bell.

The service was okay. Food was old mac cheese been sitting awhile and someone stirred it up soo much it was mush. Bicusits were half baked and nasty. I wont be back.

This Taco Bell was empty, smells like dirty soap, the crunchy bean wrap was with very little black beans, with a tortilla in the middle, super dry!! The tacos no fillings, flat corn shells that melted and stock to the wrapping so the tacos ripped apart. I don’t recommend this place, stay away!

We Got 4 Taco supremes, that had about a teaspoon of meat in it. The lettuce, sour cream, and tomatoes was as little as the meat. The shell was flat together due to hardly anything in it. All the ingredients only came up in the shell about a half inch. You need to do better. I got a couple other things I won't even mention they were so BAD... If Taco Bell management is telling employees to only put small dabbs in the items you need to STOP. The price was ridiculous also. I'll never be back...

Thought we placed our order for here, apparently it placed for Ashland city. Asked how to cancel the order, basically got told good luck. While waiting for the restroom workers proceeded to talk shit about us saying how stupid we are and just trying we were trying to get free food and blah blah blah.

I ordered a discovery box and didn't get anything that came with it. Instead I got a burrito with just beans inside, nachos, and a chalupa thing with just grilled chicken in it. I was suppose to get a Doritos taco, regular taco, a chicken wrap, and cinnamon twist. Ridiculous. There also always out of most drinks
Ordered a Catalina Bowl when I looked in the bag it was in a small container half the size of the regular container. There were no beans not much salad mostly rice and some meat. For almost $10.00 a container and then cut it in half, I won’t be back

Too many employees that don't take their job seriously. They constantly get the orders wrong, drop food & pick it back up to serve to customers. They drop food way too much. I don't understand how a restaurant can run this poorly.
