Made an order today with Postmates . It’s supposed to be delivered later today I need you guys to get everything right I don’t wanna be missing any of my food and I want my bags sealed properly I’ll delete this review and leave a lovely review as long as that happens when I get my order!!!!!! I wanna make it very clear if I have any problem with my order, I will be contacting corporate y’all have had too many complaints lately for my liking🙂

Tried to call to check on an application and who ever answered the phone has no phone etiquette very rude if it was a manager they need new training it doesn’t matter what time of day it is you’re asking the public to come apply and help your business and you’re rude to them because you’re busy is insane

Employee was in the weeds with four orders. Left me standing there without saying anything, I walked out. Previous experience my order took 7 minutes to come out, I was inside while the drive through orders were averaging 1 1/2 minutes. Btw food came out cold. As far as I’m concerned this place needs to improve a lot before I consider a revisit

A BK burger is my favorite of all fast food chains. Today I tried their chicken nuggets for the first time. The worst chicken nuggets I've had. I'll stick to the burgers and fries.

Absolutely unacceptable, I ordered 2 double bacon egg and cheese croissants. The food was cold and when we took them back in to let them know. They were rude and ended up giving us single bacon egg and cheeses. We have to get to work and don't have time to take food back again. Will not be coming back to this location! This was the worst food service I've had in a very long time.
