Team member Ginger needs an attitude adjustment. She is very rude. Ginger refused to acknowledge she placed the wrong order. She also refused to admit her mistake and instead blamed me. Instead of reacting sarcastically and defensively, Ginger should have acknowledged her mistake, apologized, and remade my order. I won't be back.

First time at the Portland store, the double cheeseburger was awesome I should've added bacon. The onion rings well I didn't really enjoy them as they were extremely overcooked almost burnt, thus the 3 stars for food. Otherwise an enjoyable lunch.

The past couple times that I have been there the employee is rude the one at the window I asked for a lid for my strawberry sundae when she handed it out window. I had something black in my ice cream sundae she takes it back in and slams the drive-thru window then gives me another one that's not even a half of the strawberry sundae that she gave me the first time, but the times that I went before that not a problem everything was perfect.

Love dairy queen but the service is awful. They talk more than they do their job. Took almost 30 minutes for one meal while they all moved as slow as turtles and no one spoke a word to me. I will never come back to this location.
My son and I ordered 2 twists and 2 chicken basket meals. The ice cream was good but there must have been something wrong with the chicken. My son and I were sick for hours after eating it. I checked the health score on Yelp for the Portland TN location and they have 3 violations, one being accurate thermometers. I won't be back to this location.

Stopped in to grab milkshakes, every time at this location in Portland end up waiting 5 mins minimum at speaker to order food. Drive up to window another 6 mins waiting at window ( no customers waiting in front on my vehicle) and just for two milkshakes. Gave me a straw for whatever reason both milkshakes were liquid so just drank from cup. It is always just terrible customer service at this particular place.

Do not come to the Portland, TN location they are gyping customers. The royals are supposed to be chunky ice creams with chewy pieces and a syrupy middle. They do not make the royals like Dairy Queen is supposed to make them here, they use mostly vanilla ice cream and whip it SMOOTH with NO CHUNKS in order to make you think you got a royal.I brought it back and had them do it again, they made it the same way so this is just how they have them making it. It is NOT supposed to just be cheesecake flavored ice cream milkshake with a couple strawberries, which is what they hand you out the window.It is supposed to be chunky and syrupy and all they do is whip vanilla ice cream with a spoon of flavor blended through the ice cream. It is supposed to have chunky bites.NINE DOLLARS. Franklin, KY makes it right go there. Gallatin was fine before too. I drive out of my way to not go here in Portland. No chances for this location, will never set foot here again. Extreme cut portions.
