They are supposed to be open at 5am. I came in today and was told they do not open until 6, despite everything saying they open at 5. The rude lady still did not unlock the door until 6:05am. so she is still opening her store late based on her own timeframe. I attempted to call the store and inform a manager of the issue with the opening time. The number is not going through. I was picking up a delivery order. So they have delivery drivers coming for an entire hour and refuse to unblock the drive through or unlock the door. The moment the door was unlocked i went to pick up the order, which of course half the drink was melted. I’ve only gotten a coffee from here one time. It made me violently sick in less than 10 minutes. As I told friends about the experience, they said they can’t drink their coffee either. I have no idea what product they use, but it might as well be miralax.

"Recently relocated our office from Gallatin to Portland, and I was dreading the lack of coffee options. I wasn’t a fan of Dunkin' coffee before, but the staff at this location completely changed my mind! They’ve been incredibly patient and made great suggestions as I experimented to find the perfect ingredients for my morning brew. A big thank you to the team for their excellent customer service (especially preventing cardiac arrythmias, educating me on the difference of nitro cold brew and cold brew😁) and for always giving me that much-needed morning pick-me-up! Great job, ladies!"

Wow this location has gone severely downhill in the last couple weeks. I overheard a handful of their employees left to work elsewhere and that is very evident.

Used to never have issues, but this is the second time in less than two weeks that I’ve been late to work because I was forced to sit in a drive thru for 25 minutes just to have my order wrong and my food overcooked.
The worst part is that there’s no escape from the drive thru because of the way it’s closed in. So if there’s a car in front or behind you, you’re trapped waiting no matter how long it takes.
Two stars only because they used to be my favorite spot for coffee/breakfast on my way downtown, but I’ll not be risking this again in the future.

Lovely, just good quality donuts. Decent pricing. I came here for Blueberry donuts, Cream Filled donuts, and Jelly donuts, and I was not disappointed. I also got a Blueberry muffin and some Blueberry mini donuts, it's just what I had a taste for and they really hit the spot.
Vegetarian options: Virtually everything is vegetarian except the very obvious items which are not such as the sausage wraps.

I ordered a bacon wake up wrap this morning. It normally comes with bacon, egg and cheese. I drove off from the window and all they did was put bacon in a tortilla. It wasn’t even hot. It was ice cold. I hate paying for something and it’s not even right.
