I may be a little biased, as I only eat here on some Sunday mornings. But the employees that work these shifts have disrespectful attitudes with their customers quite often. Ive seen this in other places lately, but customer service is not anything like it used to be. Employees should treat customers woth the same respect or better that their customers give them. I have yet to see this at this location.

I normally eat breakfast there, but I wanted a Frisco burger which I used to eat them all the time years ago and they were so delicious. I just went and got one I live 3 minutes away, got it home and The Frisco Burger wasn't warm I did not have an issue with returning it but I will not go back and get lunch or dinner there ever again It's nothing like it used to be.

Waited in line in the lobby for at least 15-20 minutes before anyone took our order. The entire lobby full of people waiting to order. They took care of the drive thru fully first. As for the woman running the drive thru, she turned around with a wad of $1 bills and folded it, put it in her apron. Have never had this bad of an experience before, even other customers stating to contact the store manager about their experience. They waited in line so long they changed to lunch menu.

Waited 15 mins outside while the place is staffed with 10 people and when I received my food there were no fries. They didn’t even have fries dropped to top it off. Total joke

Make sure to check your orders before you leave. Odds are, something will be missing. Although the food is very good, today was the second day in a row that part of my order was not given to me. Yesterday, I realized it before I left and was able to get what was left out. Today, unfortunately, I had gotten all the way home (8 miles away) before I knew part of the order was missing. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get the rest of my order. I politely explained my issue, but there was no apology or any offer of an additional anything to make up for the inconvenience. I would have been content with a simple, "I'm sorry about that." I didn't say anything about it, though, because the cashier looked extremely tired and worn down and I know they don't get paid enough to be harassed by customers.

I got the bag with a ham & cheese and a burger. The burger was really dry, couldn't eat it. The restaurant was clean and service fast. Probably because the burger was already cooked and drying out under a heat lamp.

My favorite Hardee’s! Everyone is always so nice and I never have trouble getting FRESH food!! Every time I come in it’s extremely busy so it’s nice to see they’re able to get food out to me and my littles quickly!
