Ordered online which was hard to do due to the app saying I didn't have an account, (which I do). But, finally was able to get my order in. I went to the store to get my order and as soon as I approached the counter I was greeted with hostility from a young African American girl. When I told her I was there to pick up an order, she snapped at me that, "It aint ready yet." I said ok and stepped back because there was another customer who wasn't happy and had complaints. I looked over to the right of the counter where the "DoorDash" orders were and saw my name on a receipt taped to a bag. I walked over to get my food and this same girl snapped again, telling me, "That ain't yours!!" When I told her, "well, it has my name on it". She just rolled her eyes and turned her back. I took my bag and left. Now,, while the entire time I was in this store there was another girl in the back YELLING about having to watch a video for the hiring process. Why do these people pick jobs in public service when they can't get along with the public???? People like this make the entire restaurant look bad!!! And I give the breakfast shift and C. Braswell 10 stars!! Awesome day shift and food!! But as for every single one of them working the evening shift on Feb 3 2024??? Go to one of these factories and get a job... because it's apparent that customer service is NOT your calling!

Service was slower than mud. One guy who ordered before me was arguing about his order not being ready while I was leaving.
Great staff and food. But over priced even compared to other Hardee's. $2.69 for a lrg cup of ice. And I wouldn't call that cup a medium much less large. Ten piece tenders are also$2 more than the other Hardee'sParking: Has truck parking

I went through the drive through and got home. Didn’t have the apple turnovers. Went and got those. Got back home. Ordered the frisco breakfast sandwich. Opened it up and it was a ham biscuit! I’m tired of them not knowing how to read a ticket! Just fill my order the right way please!
