Tried to swing by for a plain pepperoni pizza last night and upon arriving no later than 9:45pm, the lights were all off and it seemed like someone was already counting down the register. Ran into Food Lion instead to grab an oven-made pizza, and by the time I was out of the grocery store right before 10pm, I saw all of the staff of Little Caesars leaving the building (probably 4 or 5 people).Glad they got away with an early close :) They definitely won't get away with my business again!

Called at 9:30 because I was on the way... no answer, pulled up at their parking lot, less than 10 minutes after and all the lights are closed and the person inside is ignoring us looking at the phone, so are you closing at 10 Or at 9:30?

So in the past I've gotten the pretzel pizza both here and other stores with tomato sauce instead of cheese sauce. Let me stress, this store has multiple times made my pretzel pizza with marinara (regular) instead of cheese sauce in the past. These 2 new young employees said the pizza is uncustomizable. Any pizza place that won't customize your choice of sauce is just wrong, espesicially just wanting standard pizza sauce instead of cheese sauce. For tonight papa johns lets me pick my sauce regardless of pizza, not to mention its real pizza for a few bucks more. Giving them my money instead.

It's always funny to me when I read someone say that they don't answer the phone here. Never had that problem, however, if I did, I would remember that I CAN'T call sonic, McDonalds, Burger King, Arby's, Dairy Queen, or practically anywhere else and phone-in an order. It's 2023, I would just use the app like a normal person. But personally, they usually answer for me after a while. If I call on a Friday at 7pm, I don't expect people to drop what they are doing to answer the phone for a customer that hasn't paid them. I worked in food service years ago, before apps. If we would have had apps back then, I would have just unplugged the phone. This place has good pizza, for a good price. Everything here is cheaper than the competition. If you want Gordan Ramsey to make your pizza and deliver it, go somewhere else. It's a bargain pizza place for a reason. And if I WERE trying to order from here and they didn't answer AND the website didn't work AND the app didn't work, I would know this.... the problem is on MY end. Is it possible that absolutely every ordering option is down? I doubt it, and if by some crazy chance it was, do I think it's the fault of the workers in the store? Or this specific location? Absolutely not. I don't think they just have IT guys sitting around in there waiting for Karen to not be able to place an order because her phone is terrible. I'm sure the store didn't shut down because absolutely no one placed an order if every order option was unavailable. I drive by there every night, place stays hopping. Great place, Great food, Great People. Don't believe the haters, this is the best Little Caesars location around. 5 Stars all day, If 10 stars was an option, they'd get that, if for no reason other than to counter the ridiculous comments here.

Called to place an order and no one answers ever. 1 night my son called for about an hour to order a pretzel crust pizza and finally had to just go in and order and then it took 30 mins to make it when the commercial says HOT N READY between 4-8 but that's not true. They never have hot n ready when we go in there.. love the pizza but they need to start answering the phone or just tell everyone u can't call in an order..

They told me it takes 20 minutes to make pizza but when i went it i couldn't even pay for it because it takes 20 minutes to to through system before i could even pay

I cannot understand a single word the child answering the phone says, and he’s the rudest / most unprofessional person I’ve ever spoken to in my entire life.
