I recently ordered off the app to pick up my food at 6:30 PM. I got there around 6:32 PM. I ordered an extra large chili cheese Coney along with some chili cheese fries. Once I received my food, it seemed like it’s been sitting for 15 to 20 minutes. It was cold and disgusting. The waiter was nice and friendly, but overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the food at all.

This location is disgusting. They don’t wear gloves, even when handling the vegetables for your burger. They will pickup something that’s been dropped and place it on your order anyhow. They have cockroaches in the back near all the food. This place should be shutdown. I will NEVER eat there again and I will be sure to let everyone know!!!

ordered through app, arrive a few min AFTER the pick up time, put in the stall number, waited almost 30 mins to get food, people ordering that got there well after I was there, got there's before me, i had to get go to a call box to get my order, Order was wrong, burgers cold and missing sauces sauces, missing dipping sauces, onion rings falling apart and had a weird sweet taste, the croissant bite where smash and horrible bag full of sugar coating, not sure where the caramel is in these salted caramel toffee croissant bits. This is the second time in a row this has happened. they also only had 1 women running food. She was moving it so no shade there. I ordered in the app ahead of time so that it would not cause me to be late getting back from lunch break, was over 30 mins late back from lunch.

We only ordered drinks. They took forever, then brought a small Coke instead of Route 44 and they brought Tonic Water instead of water for the 2 waters we ordered.
The service is the slowest. I’ve never been to a slower sonic.
