Not how I ordered and the drinks were watered down. This experience was horrible and I will NEVER come back to this particular sonic.

Here often. Food is as you’d expect. Service is usually good. Just blend the ice cream blasts. It isn’t that hard. I order a blast, not 3/4 a cup of vanilla ice cream.

I use a mobile app to order ahead of time so when I get to Sonic all I have to do is tell them what stall I'm at and they have it right out. The app is a great way to save time and also look over their menu options ,as well as, customize your meal if you want something different from what's on the menu. I'd definitely recommend the app and restaurant.
Dietary restrictions: At this time I don't think they offer many things on their menu that are healthy for you.
Parking: It's a pull up and order either while in your car or at a few outside tables that they have under an enclosure.
Kid-friendliness: Yes they have kid menus
Wheelchair accessibility: You eat in your car

So...I decided to do doordash for myself. Placed the order at 5:10 pm. Got there say 5:20. Checked in with my ticket number, shortly after they bring an order to me with wacky packs. I said that's not my order, showed the girl from my phone what I ordered she said ok, I'll be right back. I waited and waited so I pressed the button asking about my order because at that point and time it would've been 19 minutes from being an hour since I placed my order. She said I didn't check in with them, uh yes I did not once but twice. When the order was brought out, she proceeds to give me a gift card for a free purchase the next time I come back. Uh.....hello I won't be back!!!!

Will NEVER spend another cent at this location. Number 1 ordered 2 burgers with special instructions, they not only messed them up once but twice. Then after showing them the receipt with the special order requests that THEY printed the snot nosed little disrespectful kid that took the order wanted to argue the fact. Number 2 an order of medium fries and we got a small order with half of those missing. With that you want real service go to the Dickerson Pike location in Madison. Portland Sonic SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

Received a Grub Hub order tonight w a corn dog, large mozzarella stick, large popcorn chicken, & a sweet tea. Corn dog was overcooked, cheese sticks were cold, popcorn chicken was half old/overcooked & then its like they cooked another half order to make it a large which was grossly UNDER cooked, to top it off, I received a coke & not a sweet tea. $30 literally in the trash, will not be back.

Omg how hard is it to make a sandwich the way you want it !! I know they aren't Burger King but I thought it worked that way everywhere now I ordered 2 double smashed burgers both to be made special well well well I get home and it was wrong the receipt was definitely displaying the correct way it needs to be made well I took it back asked to have them remade ...... After getting the remade sandwiches the boyfriend said lets check them and glad we did cuz they still were wrong .... The poor waitress said how do u want it I said like the receipt says !! I said just give me a refund and oh yeah no refund until I call customer service to get one ..... Got the refund and no here's a shake on us or let me buy your next meal cuz we screwed up not once but twice !! Idk who is running the grill but the manager should have been on top of the situation to make sure it was done right do I suggest PORTLAND sonic ummm let me think HELL NO !! and by the way y'all need to learn to make southern sweet tea!!

I went to Sonic today & ordered the number 1 with bacon. This doesn’t even look like a whole piece of bacon. I won’t make that mistake again. Also these tomatoes were getting thrown out.

Ordered the new double smash burger and if this is it then it's more like a double slider. It's smaller than a regular sonic burger. It had no smasher sauce, and only pickles and cheese on it and like I said it was smaller than a regular size cheeseburger. I was expecting at least the size of a double cheeseburger but no.
