They had an hour before they were closing when I went there I bought a sub turn around got home to eat it and the bread was so hard. They only had one worker there a young boy He was sweet but the bread was horrible I gave the boy a tip but they need to train him to make sure the bread is fresh at all times

They were acting like that they hated to even be there to work. They didn't put extra meat on the sub where Ihad paid for it and were out of olives, banana peppers, etc.

The lady Brenda that works in Portland Tennessee at one of these Subways is the most nicest sweetest sweetest lady that I've ever came in contact with working at a subway

I ordered my food as an eat in. My salad was skimpy maybe my bowl was half full to normally full. I had to ask for a fork and was told they had NO forks. Ordered a tea and was told they had no tea. No apologies no explanations no nothing! 2nd time this has happened. This is on 4/30/25 @ 5:30 pm it was a young girl. Maybe the manager/ owner will coach customer service to her. This is so unacceptable. The last visit I asked for sweet onion sauce was told they was out and not even 2 mins later I watched the girl pull out a fresh bottle just as I had set down and never offered it to me.

Great new employees!
I went in tonight at around 7:50 pm. to order dinner at this Subway establishment on
11/4/2024. The young dark haired man at the counter asked me to drive further down the street to the other Subway, cause he didn't feel like working at that moment. I guess he's trying to scam the owner out of money and not work while they are open for business. I will not be back to this Subway ever again. Sincerely, one pissed off and dissatisfied potential customer!

TW: DEAD FLY - I was excited to see the new chicken salad sandwich added to the menu & eager to try it. I ordered in the app to pick up in the store. I ordered my sub plain, but when I opened my order it was fully loaded with all the fixings I did not want. However, looking past the mistake thankful I have no allergies to them, as I was removing the toppings myself, I come across A DEAD FLY. Disgusting and unacceptable.

The lunch shift is busy but even if u order a hour or two ahead they will not get the order right. The night shift atleast on the night I went wouldn’t even make the order till you arrived. There was a whole line of people at 6 pm and everyone of them was a online order.
