The night time employees are rude and sit outside and smoke instead of making the orders
I ordered the nachos bow grande I only found two nachos with beef on it the rest of it had refried beans I will not be going up there again. Then you had a girl standing by the guy at the drive-thru all over him and he was trying to do his job

didn’t receive order at all waited an hour
Freshest chicken quesadilla I've ever had from the T Bell.
everytime i go there at night time and the kid at the window with black hair that sounds slow always forget stuff in my order and when i see him go and actually make my food it never comes out right. maybe yall need to specifically keep him on window and give him a buddy since he can’t do it by himself.
I ordered my food, asked them to read me my order back, and I was still shorted half my food. If you get food here check your food onsite!

Fast foods sometimes have change in personnel however taco bell currently has a low quality manager and part of their customer service crew except the drive thru but they may change the crappy crew to drive thru however their crappy crew was struggling at the in restaurant front desk counter cashier.
Total low quality workers - 2 the lady cashier and the lady manager for what id assume is second shift.
So the main problem is that the cashier argues with customers when they mess up. After being corrected they say they already helped and talked with you when it was the other cashier who helped so that isn't actually true. Problem is customer was already helped by the other employee, so only thing to tell the struggling cashier is themself what they could done to avoid line build up and second cashier needed. Answer being spend right amount of time if taking too long and if you think there is too many for you to remember the line order then ask for a second cashier instead of cutting the customer your helping short to talk to the third customer. That's odd. Your in the middle of an order. So when they have problem that all this is true they say I wasnt the cashier either now or in past (they pick one of these to say) but if your saying there's no issue with the food then the only current issue is talk to them their manager about the customer service. So obviously that's what I'm doing. So if you want to have the manager correct you I'll do that instead but I'm still not having a food or drink issue. It's the same issue I said already so that's too many repeats to sound polite.
The cashier was dumb and couldn't figure out what to do about anything. The managers issue is she didn't want to correct a crew member while other customers were there I guess but I don't know how competent the manager was or if she even knew what happened anyway or just didn't want any customers to overhear. Seemed like easy answers.
Clearly 1, as cashier employee don't worry about future employees and customers being any different the only difference is current employees versus everyone else being in the customer boat and why would a cashier even try to figure that out that's not related to cashiering 2, get second cashier if line long 3, don't help third in line while helping first in line that's delaying the first customer 4, if not food issue then just say whether you can correct customer service without the boss helping don't pretend it's an issue with food order and don't say you can't help when you can ask your boss to figure it out so just say that instead because if customer is waiting for your reply after customer says something and you remain silent for too long they'll just ask for the manager instead. 5, unless you helped with the food order - which is different because food issues go to cashier and cook - then you are the customer service line and service issues go to cashier and manager. so you can still help by saying you cant help but you will summon the manager 6, mistakes are what get employees fired your general work quality only lets you be an employee until youre fired for making a mistake, so its still too late. 7, manager shouldn't sound incompetent about not knowing what's going on even if other customers would overhear.

Yep! Portland, TN, (almost) has the best Taco Bell establishments in Middle Tennessee. If their Customer Service was a bit more friendly ... happier, they'd rank #1. Unfortunately, every time I pick up my order, they act like I'm interrupting their life. Otherwise, the food is "good enough to eat" and my orders have always been ready on time .. and that's better than most places around here!

The food is good for a fast food restaurant. We seldom receive the wrong items when we go here; however, the food is not always good and fresh.
