The food was great. I love a deal! Everything was hot and tasty! But instead of employees hanging out joking, they should check the seating areas more often to make sure everything's clean and sanitary for other customers.

The night crew almost always gets things wrong, that's why I try to double check my stuff, but last night (12/08/2023) I didn't. I got charged for a jalapeño bite 8 pc and got a 5. Also the guy in front of us went inside, maybe they also got his order wrong too? IDK.I think since it has happened more than once maybe there is something going on. Owner should probably look into it.I'll keep the receipt just in case, to whomever it may concern, I don't want to put anybody on blast on here.I really hope that they are just tired, and not paying attention.*Update: I should have left the info on here after all, because I no longer have the receipt. :/ I appreciate the business for reaching out, I hope it was just a mistake on their part.Thank you for your time.

The service sucked, guy on drive through forgot our fries and when we were trying to call back for them he ignored us. I had to go inside and ask about our fries. Food was okay!

What a waste of money Got a Rubin the meat was so thick I should have taken a picture of it who ever cut that should be fired on the spot If they shaved it it would've been perfect Nobody wants to eat quarter inch thick pieces of meat

I called to find out what time they closed and the guy said I had 15mins to get there and because I live right down the road I told him I would be there in three minutes and he hung up on me. I ordered a beef and cheddar and a fry. I don't know what this was on my sandwich but it wasn't beef or cheddar. I believe it was done on purpose. When I gave the girl at the window My card to pay she didn't give it back so I had to call inside and speak to the same manager who hung up on me before and tell him I needed my debit card back. As you can see My fry had about 3 or 4 in the box. So I went to bed hungry that night. I tried to contact the customer complaints and they have not responded to my emails. I wouldn't suggest anybody go to this location. It's terrible.

Today is 8/11/23. I pull up to the drive thru at 11:46 pm and asked to order the fish strip combo and the lady says okay it will be a 5 minute wait. I replied and said okay that’s fine and she replied and said okay we close in 15 minutes. Very very rude and uncalled for. I ended up driving off. She needs to be trained better. That was uncalled for. If she didn’t want to take any orders past 11:46 she should have said so. Very unprofessional and will never be back to this location.

Just dealt with the absolute worst employee. Told him my order was incorrect and he remade my order incorrectly once again and threw the bag out the window. Will not be coming back to this
