Probably the worst service ever. Server did not smile once. Asked for salad and side to come together with other entrees. Did not happen...salad came out 10 mins earlier. Asked for drink with ice to fill glass...did not happen....maybe 2 inches of ice. Asked for extra plate to split entree....did not happen...used a bread plate. And other server we Asked for extra plate did not bring one. Asked for extra dressing ..did not happen. Had to get our own ketchup. Had a salad =8 Side =5 =13 $ Server said he would get me the combo for 15 $ Said maybe the combo came with drink...I had menu open and said where do u see that.. .no responce No dessert offered. This guy acknowledged every request we had , yet none of them were done...totally checked out mentally. 4 managers on and not one jumped in.... This guy could maybe be a busboy or dish. We will not return as he lacked the training and basic menu knowledge. The staff needs tray service training as they put dirty dished stacked and resting on shirts and then run the service plates out to table holding plates against same dirty shirts.....if a server can not run 3 entree plates at once with out plates touching body , they should work in fast food. This is the results of the last 5 years of dumbing everything down for this generation. This is an ownership/ management problems as they choose to not train with tray service and take any warm body for servers. Food server position is one of skills and memory usage. Craig

I had cheese burger and fries. Burger was just ok,dry crumbly meat. Fries served cool to the touch. I’m from out of town so I won’t be back to try again.

I love kids but a very noisy infant spoils the meal for everyone around them. Some folks need a babysitter. We all deserve a nice meal out without a screeching baby.

I went with some friends to celebrate a birthday. We went Friday night and only had to wait for 20 minutes for a seat (they don’t take reservations). Our server was Kylie and she was great! We all liked the food. I had fish and chips and it was delicious. One thing I appreciated was that there wasn’t music playing. This is a personal preference, but I think people talking is plenty of ambient noise 😊. I don’t go out a lot, but this restaurant will be at the top of my list for recommendations!
We arrived near closing time with 6 adults and 7 hungry kids. The staff here kindly welcomed us and patiently served us even at the end of the day. Great food, staff, and service!

We were celebrating 2 high school graduates, right after their ceremony. We came in on a busy night, with 18 in our party. They sat us in less than 4 minutes and gave us 2 waitresses, who were amazing, served us fast, kept our drinks filled, and did it with a smile! The food was great! THANK YOU to the manager and staff for a wonderful close to our evening, we appreciate your service!! Thank you-- AliYah Academy!

Maybe it's just us - I had the meatloaf, steamed brocoli & mashed potatoes. T The server didn't say the meatloaf & potatoes would be covered in gravy. Yuk! I'm a ketchup on meatloaf girl. The mashed potatoes were runny. My husband had nachos and the chips were burned. The service was fine but the food, not so much.
