I love the food and it's the only reason I come here but it takes about 45 minutes to get my food and I usually have to come back in cause it's wrong

Ordered breakfast for our family. Once we got home we were super disappointed to realize not only were the biscuits so crumbly they were unable to be held but the sausage was burnt. Literally burnt! The eggs looked as if they had been cooked a nasty grill . Just awful quality. Food is too expensive to receive quality like this. Do better!

I love the Powell Bojangles' location. The food is always great. I love the way they built this location's parking lot around an old large tree that has probably been in Powell at least 70 years. The tree is still healthy and beautiful! They saved it without sacrificing progress with just a little planning and a financial investment from a caring corporation!

Did take out service was great . Manger name was Paul. Hadn't ate there over1 year due to never getting the order right. Hat off to the evening crew very polite . I'll be eating there a whole lot more .

Hubby goes through drive thru, orders a $50 family meal that should have included 8 pieces of chicken, 12 chicken stips , 2 mashed potatoes and gravy plus biscuits. He gets home, no chicken stips, goes back gets those and then gets home to discover no biscuits...really how hard is it to do you job? My husband shouldn't have to check the box to make sure everything is there. Thanks for ruining our dinner. You charge to much to make such big mistakes and then to apologies and say I will give you $5 off your next order...how about a free $50 family meal done the right way??

Works acted like it was a pullover to take my order. Wait 5 minutes to order 3 biscuits and a sweet tea. No other customers were in store. The employee was very short with me. All she said was, "What do you need?" No thanks or anything.

This review isn't directed towards the staff working hard at a place that obviously has come across some management issues. Constantly understaffed so I understand & am happy to be patient. However when someone orders something & then gets to the window to be told they're all out & then not be given a refund for what wasn't received is absolutely wild to me. And it was the manager who refused the refund I'm told because it was rung up as a combo & only part of that combo wasn't received, so there's no way to split it. Won't be back

The best place to eat breakfast ever. Bojangles is close to opening their new restaurant on Strawberry Plains Pike. One eighth of a mile from my house. So excited. Spread the word. McDonald's is right up the street from them. Their prices are too high and the food quality has gotten worse over the past couple of years. So sad to treat customers that way.

Only one in the restaurant. Stood and waited over 10 minutes for employee to come up front to take my order. Mgr saw us but stayed with drive thru. Employee came in to work early but sat and waited to clock in? Very bad management.

Just ordered two grilled chicken biscuits & woman that took order had us pull up to wait ten minutes while she repeatedly called my husband honey. When food was brought to car it was two chicken sandwiches. So disappointing. We didn’t have time to wait 15- 20 minutes while order was corrected.
