Had a running count at some point into the 20+ visits and 80% of the time our order was wrong.
Visit a Saturday and expect a 15+ minute wait in the drive thru. Hear now and have been at the drive thru for 17 minutes and counting without anyone even asking for our order. Have witnessed 5 cars give up and leave. Unfortunately this is almost any Saturday or Sunday.

Well, if you are looking for decent food and service, this is not the place. We ordered and pulled to the window to be told pull ahead for fresh fries. No problem right?! We waited close to 10min for food. When we got home, the fries were the only thing edible. Gravy was minimal on gravy biscuit and all was cold with under-cooked sausage in the gravy. I use this location for convenience but I will just have to drive past it to go to another Bojangles in the future. This is a normal occurrence at this location.

This location is ALWAYS a disappointment.
Always “out” of things, and there’s a 100% chance you will be parked in the drive thru and forgotten about. 3/4 times, you’ll have to go back in to check on your order (as others come and go from the drive thru.)
Was not busy *at all* when I went through; was parked, had to go in twice, once for my order, and the other for an item left out.
Got home with my food; fries were stale and my main item was very dry.
Some time passes and I forget how bad the food and service are and am quickly reminded of *why.*
I’m betting on poor management; Bojangles corporate should step in and find a way to remedy whatever this location’s problem is.

Super disappointing any time of day! At breakfast time there aren't any biscuits ready, at lunch or dinner time, there is no chicken ready. They will ask you if a 3 minute wait is ok and then proceed to take 20 minutes while you wait in a parking spot, after placing your order. Hard to believe how they are still in business.

It was very empty and kind of depressing feeling. Most of the workers seem as though they dont like their job, and you can feel it. The food was alright but not great, even for the price. The workers were atleast helpful when asked.

I don’t care what Bojangles paid him—it wasn’t enough. My man, Colby, wasn’t just the best worker in the building, he was the reason the fryer stayed hot. Watching him sling biscuits and yell “mac and cheese walkin’ in!” had me damn near feral. He’d slide across the kitchen in those grease-covered Crocs, sweat glistening like a rotisserie god, and I swear I saw heaven.
Every time he pulled a fresh batch of Bo Rounds out the fryer, I got weak in the knees. The way he flipped that chicken? Sensual. The way he restocked sauces? Erotic. The way he handled that register with authority—I was about to risk it all in the drive-thru line. He didn’t just take orders… he took my soul.
One time he told me to “grab a tray” and I almost jumped over the counter and said, “no baby, grab me.” I left that Bojangles every shift with my legs shaking and my sanity gone.
Best worker Bojangles ever had. But more importantly? Best distraction I’ve ever suffered through. 10/10. Would get hard over him again. 😮💨💦🍗

One of the nastiest bathrooms that I've ever been in. One of the urinals was out of order and full of filthy water. Under the sink there was a bucket to catch a leaking drain. It had spilled over and was leaking into the overflow in the floor. Food here was okay, with the biggest problem being a very dry biscuit.

We stopped to get dinner at the drive through. Among other things we asked for a three piece dark meat chicken dinner and said it would be “12 minutes before we can get some more”. We decided not to wait and we got the white meat chicken.
When we drove up to pay, they said, “Can you pull forward and wait five minutes?” I was thinking “If you had known ahead of time, we would have just waited the 12 minutes!” So we reluctantly went over to wait for five minutes to get our food after about 20 minutes. I went to check on the status of our food. The boy at the counter said “Oh I guess you’re the people who wanted the dark meat“. Before I could say anything, he shoved the sack at me and said “Have a great day! “ In an extremely sarcastic voice, I just grumbled and left.

Ordered breakfast for our family. Once we got home we were super disappointed to realize not only were the biscuits so crumbly they were unable to be held but the sausage was burnt. Literally burnt! The eggs looked as if they had been cooked a nasty grill . Just awful quality. Food is too expensive to receive quality like this. Do better!

I love the Powell Bojangles' location. The food is always great. I love the way they built this location's parking lot around an old large tree that has probably been in Powell at least 70 years. The tree is still healthy and beautiful! They saved it without sacrificing progress with just a little planning and a financial investment from a caring corporation!
Did take out service was great . Manger name was Paul. Hadn't ate there over1 year due to never getting the order right. Hat off to the evening crew very polite . I'll be eating there a whole lot more .
