We went to the store and spent over $80 on a family pack. The food was terrible and literally my entire family was sick for 2 days. The manager was very rude and acting like we didn't know anything. While he did offer half our money back he proceeded to let us know we were not sick because of their food. Their food is made in bulk and if it was because of the food more people would be sick! The quality of the food was awful! The slaw was old, the meat was gross looking and the beans were not very good either. I do NOT recommend eating here and if you expect any respect or compassion from the management you will not receive it!!!!!

I used to get breakfast there every morning because they had the absolute best bacon around. The bacon egg and cheese was delicious. I don't know what they did but the bacon is horrid. I've tried it at least 4 times hoping it was just a mistake but nope it's always horrible and really bitter and cheap tasting. Sorry I like the people there and they work hard but man that bacon is rough

Update: Spoke to the manager and they took no accountability while blaming the company that they employee to process their orders. I would not suggest using Buddy's for anything important as you and your guest may very well be disappointed.
Ordered two feed ten a day in advance for 745pm pickup the next day, they cancel the order 45 minutes before I am supposed to pick it up. You had all day to get a simple order together. This is terrible customer service. 21+ customers who will tell many more of this treatment.
Went through the drive through AGAIN just for them to still get my order wrong…I got chicken beans and Fries and here I am stuck with chicken macaroni and cheese (which is trash) and green beans 😑

This was our first Buddy’s experience. The workers are super nice! Food was ready fast. However, there was not much flavor in the bbq. My chips in the nachos were chewy. We won’t be eating at Buddy’s again.
