I don’t write reviews like this lightly, but a consistent pattern needs to be addressed.
Over several recent orders, this location has repeatedly failed to include entire portions of my meals. My most recent experience was a birthday dinner order over $40, and more than half of it was missing.
This was not a delivery service issue; it was a straightforward kitchen oversight. A pork sandwich dinner arrived without fries, coleslaw, or barbecue sauce.(on a BBQ SANDWICH!?) Wings had no fries and no ranch. The fudge cake was mostly ice cream and fudge, missing the actual cake.
If you can’t package a basic meal correctly, then perhaps it’s time to reconsider offering delivery or re-evaluate the attention to detail in the kitchen.
Accuracy and care are basic expectations. After multiple chances and the same outcome, I will not be ordering from Buddys anymore.

We stopped for breakfast on our way through and it was SO cheap and SO good. Honestly really glad we ended up stopping there. The breakfast platters are only like $5 and the biscuits and gravy were only $3. Can't beat that for good food nowadays.
Great Location Great service Manager had to educate me on the app pickup as far as how early they can see your order but it was fine He got me fixed up and on my way The food is always great at this location in particular I would recommend anything they’ve got especially the breakfast stuff it’s awesome Shout out to the worker that man this location They do a fantastic job

This location can never get orders correct. Every time we come they mess up the potatoes. How hard is it to get sause on the side and still get everything else the same??? Apparently pretty hard!

I love this place. I shop at the Broadway location in the Emery Road location. Ribs are the best pulled pork the best potato salad excellent baked beans the best hot fudge cake to die for and let’s not forget the sauce the sauce tops it off.

Brisket was outstanding. The pulled pork sandwich was very dry. Drinks were delicious. Our server disappeared while we were having drinks and waiting on our food. We wanted more drinks and had to get another server to get drinks for us. The atmosphere was great. We sat outside and listened to a live band. Lots of fun. Would eat here again.

I have to say this was my first time visiting your establishment and you did not disappoint. The barbecue pulled pork was out of this world along with the corn on the cob and the hush puppies my entire meal was incredible, thank you for making my trip up north enjoyable with your great service and great atmosphere not to say that it was very close to my hotel that I stayed at as well so it was very convenient You guys are amazing keep up the good work.

We went to the store and spent over $80 on a family pack. The food was terrible and literally my entire family was sick for 2 days. The manager was very rude and acting like we didn't know anything. While he did offer half our money back he proceeded to let us know we were not sick because of their food. Their food is made in bulk and if it was because of the food more people would be sick! The quality of the food was awful! The slaw was old, the meat was gross looking and the beans were not very good either. I do NOT recommend eating here and if you expect any respect or compassion from the management you will not receive it!!!!!
