I placed an order and waited over an hour. They kept pushing the delivery time out further and further. Then all of a sudden they cancelled my order. No explanation, nothing. And that was an hour and a half after I placed the order! Never did receive any pizza

This place has the worst customer service. Specialty pizza was delivered with no sauce. Tried to call the location, they set the phone on the counter and never came back. Tried to call again multiple times and it rang busy. Drove to the location with the pizza. The manager, and I use that term loosely, she not be working with or around people. I left with no pizza and no refund. We will never order from this location again

One of my worst Domino’s experiences in a long time. I ordered carry out on the app and it said it was ready so I walked in and was told unapologetically and rudely by the cashier that it wasn’t ready, despite it saying on the app it was ready. When I asked why she just mumbled something and walked away. Eventually the girl making the pizza said she messed up my tots and had to remake them. When it was ready instead of handing my food over, the rude cashier went to go help some other customers and snapped at me when I asked for my food. The girl making the pizza eventually handed the food to me. Overall I’m not a big fan of waiting when the app says my food is ready, but I would’ve been more forgiving if the employees weren’t so rude, especially the cashier. The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars instead of one is because the food was decent.

No problems with service or cleanliness. That seemed to be all good. The dough was over proofed. It makes the crust huge and the pizza paper thin where the cheese is. This Domino's has way better coupons than the one on Merchant Drive. I'll try it out again just because of the coupons... With those coupons, it's probably gonna need to be 3 strikes before they are out.

It’s completely unprofessional to clean up and close down your kitchen before your store is actually closed for business. Now we get to go without food tonight because you wanted to shirk your responsibility to your loyal customers and go home early, and “can’t” refund my money immediately and WON’T do your damn job and make the food I ordered. Hours of operation exist for a reason, you’re not supposed to shut down and clean up until the hour has come that you’re closed for business- and you definitely should not be locking up and canceling (already accepted) incoming orders 40 minutes before closing.
