I ordered a pan pizza. With normal sauce. No extra cheese. And I can’t even pick up a slice bc all the toppings are sliding off into the box. I also ordered a cheese marinara with Parmesan bite and I got no sauce and 2 cups of cheese. I’m very confused. I’ve been to this specific location several times and I keep trying to give it benefit of the doubt but this is the last time for sure.

First of all, the delivery was really fast and the driver knew exactly where to go. But unfortunately the pizza wasn't very good. Which is not the delivery guy's fault under no circumstances. Whoever was making the pizza put too much sauce on it which makes the pizza really soggy. Also, they didn't let the pizza cook long enough. The pizza is being taken out too soon. I've worked in pizza places for years and I've seen many people make this mistake thinking they're saving time but unfortunately, they're sacrificing the quality of the Pizza. I really like Domino's too so it kind of hurts me having to make a bad review like this.

I order from them all the time all the time lately the drivers are saying oh we forgot this and that I called the store to let them know and my breadbites have no butter on them she said I will send a cup of butter no no no if I wanted to do it myself I would of cooked.. my dd took the money fast and said call the store they will credit you no they want either I want my items I paid for.. do better or we're done

Domino’s NEVER disappoints. We have eaten at Domino’s 20+ times and it is ALWAYS consistently delicious and quick to be made. Too many times we try pizza from other places and the dough is RAW! Never at Domino’s.

I put in all the same information I do every time I've ordered from them. This isn't even the first time they've made ordering from them difficult. I get the textes updates and everything. Says my food had been delivered it wasn't. I call the store like 6 times and it rang all the way through til it starts doing the dial up scream in my ear until someone FINALLY ANSWERS . And I ask why my food wasn't delivered and why no one called me. Summer says she ran it herself and the address was invalid. She's been here before btw. I ask her a question on when she'll be back and she hangs up. I came back and ask to talk to a manager. She hangs up. I call back she says she is a manager. And threatens to cancel my order. I call back and tell her that I just want my food and she canceled my order. Which took the free pizza that I earned. Just drive to a different location and don't even bother with this one

Food was undercooked. I literally couldn't eat it. The bacon wasn't cooked at all. I called and spoke to a manager and she told me that "it comes precooked" and that there was nothing she could do about it. I asked about a refund for the inedible food and she refused. I was told I had to call corporate to complain and hung up on me. Bacon was raw. DISGUSTING. I'm filing a complaint against her, the store and the quality of food to corporate.
I ordered through the app and was told my carry order would be 25 min. I arrive and on the tracker my estimated time was paused. I go inside and I am told it would be an additional 30 mins on top of the 20 I’ve already waited. I had them cancel the order.
This location has always been good but the last few times I have ordered from there, I’ve had issues. The last time was a delivery where my pizza was crushed by the 2-liter.

I ordered the hand toss specifically for the garlic crust no oil was put on the crust I get it was late but I did my best to accommodate the driver with a good tip. Driver was great and even called when here no issues with service just the no garlic oil

Usually it's a very nice place but as of late it has not been good. I went there today to get an online order, I was a little early and the person at the register told me it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I ask and it's ready, someone should have told me but oh well. So I go to The register and the person at the register starts helping someone else. Well there was an issue so I finally ask one of 4 of the drivers standing there if I can grab my pizza. He grabs it for me and I say oh I'm also supposed to have sauce and he says I'm getting it. Very rude. I finally get home and open my pizzas and sure enough one of them was completely the wrong thing. Will not be going there for a long time. Also just a note I saw an employee answer her phone and stay on a phone call while making pizza crust. That is very unsanitary and she should have washed her hands after touching her phone. I usually try to have some understanding having worked fast food myself but if I kept someone waiting 20 minutes my manager would have gotten me in trouble.
