We went here for dinner tonight. We walked in and I immediately felt tension in the whole restaurant. A young man takes our order, he was very polite, and well mannered, I have nothing but good things to say about him. We sit down and we are eating our food and we start hearing one of the workers pretty loudly complaining about everything and anything to do with her job. Bad talking her co coworkers, bad talking new policies, bad talking the training, you name it! There was multiple people in the restaurant keep in mind. It was very unprofessional and very distracting to have to hear that while me and my boyfriend are trying to enjoy a meal after a long day of work. This lady was disrespectful to all of her co workers, rude to customers, and over all ruined my entire dinner. I will not be back at this restaurant to dine in. Very disappointed. Great food, awful atmosphere.

I ordered the Italian sub, but it got put in as the Hook and Ladder. When I went to ask about this, the lady who was behind the counter was very rude to me. I will not come back to this location again.

I ordered a sub online and never received a confirmation page that my order went through, so I never picked up a sub. Fast forward that evening when I look at my bank account to find a charge from firehouse subs. I put in a request for a refund. Long story short, I never got my sub or a refund. I feel like for $7, to keep my business, they would have refunded me, but I will no longer order from this firehouse subs.

The two guys that work the early day shift are amazing I eat here often and they are always very polite and work very hard to make all of the customers have a good experience even when they are overwhelmed with orders they stay positive. Keep up the great work and they deserve a raise.
This establishment has screwed up two delivery orders for us over the last year. Both times we placed the order over an hour prior to closing, and both times the delivery drivers said they were waiting on our order over 45 mins. One time the store actually closed and had to unlock the door to hand the order to the delivery person. The second time I got what was supposed to be a meatball sub with NO MEATBALLS! This location’s night crew sucks.

We had an online order for two of the new French dip subs. The sandwiches were great! What was most impressive was the staff and the manager on duty. When I went in at first, I thought it was going to go poorly and I would have a long wait time; they did not know there were a few online orders that had came through. This was not the case; service was quick, efficient and the order was correct. Great job!!
