Dined in and was in a hurry. Only 2 other people eating in the restaurant. Ordered a sandwich with no mayo and they couldn't even get that right. NO excuse for making my sandwich wrong. The workers weren't doing anything but standing around. The drink machine wasn't working and I had to wait 5 minutes to get my drink. This is the 3rd Firehouse subs I've visited in the last 2 months and all 3 have gave me the wrong food!!! No excuse for consistently poor service and employees who are incompetent. I won't be a returning customer!!!

We went here for dinner tonight. We walked in and I immediately felt tension in the whole restaurant. A young man takes our order, he was very polite, and well mannered, I have nothing but good things to say about him. We sit down and we are eating our food and we start hearing one of the workers pretty loudly complaining about everything and anything to do with her job. Bad talking her co coworkers, bad talking new policies, bad talking the training, you name it! There was multiple people in the restaurant keep in mind. It was very unprofessional and very distracting to have to hear that while me and my boyfriend are trying to enjoy a meal after a long day of work. This lady was disrespectful to all of her co workers, rude to customers, and over all ruined my entire dinner. I will not be back at this restaurant to dine in. Very disappointed. Great food, awful atmosphere.
Kaleb was amazing!!!! Exceptional service... He was not only a cute young guy, he was friendly... Personal and suggestive... I just want him to know that it didn't go unnoticed!!! He's definitely an asset to your company!!!
