Firehouse is generally good. Not sure what story is at this location. Came to dine in for a late lunch around 1:30, not usually a busy time.
No greeting when came in like other locations.
Several employees walking around but no one at counter. Waited 10 minutes at the counter before anyone me acknowledged I was standing here.
Rather than a normal greeting and take my order, they just said they were backed up with online orders and would probably be another 15-20 minutes before they would let me order anything in house and then walked off.
Very weird.
gave a 3 star instead of 1 star as have had good food here in past, but today had to move on down the road to somewhere that actually wanted to have a customer in house

I paid $72 for 3 meals and waited 30 minutes while my friends had already got there food and ate, my food was sitting there in a bag while nobody told us then my order was missing items, the young men making sandwiches acted like it was our fault for no knowing. The young lady that rang us up was good, the sandwich making men were terrible. We will not be back, don't waste your time at this location. We were there Sunday 19 of October.

So I ordered the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich. I called to ask for a refund because it was pitiful looking and not how I ordered it. They said they could refund me, I just need to come into the store with my card and they can do that. The phone call was very pleasant. So I drove back with my sandwich. Showed them what I was talking about and they said this is how it’s supposed to look! Then they said that they cannot offer me a refund because this is what I asked for. The angriest one called the general manager to see if I could be refunded, because this ended up costing me $20. The general manager said absolutely not. That I could have it remade or I could leave. So I did just that.
A note to the general manager, who I know will read this, it’s poor leadership that you put your young and inexperienced workers in such a stressful situation. It’s turned into a bad review online because they aren’t able to make simple decisions like small refunds to maintain clientele. It was three young people dealing with this issue, one who was very heated before I even came back in, who stayed hype the entire time I was telling them what the problem is. Had they not told me to come back for a refund, this wouldn’t have transpired at all. I just wish they would’ve saved me the trip back. I suppose it’s saving me future trips though.
I’ve included pictures. They said this is what it should look like if you order it without the dressing and replace mayonnaise for honey mustard. Mmmmmm, looks delicious!

On 9/14/25 I placed a mobile order for 2 subs. 1 being an Italian and the other club on a sub. I arrived at the establishment 13 minutes prior to pickup time the app told me. I ended up leaving with my order 6-7 minutes after that. My sandwich had very minimal meat and all the incorrect toppings, as so did the other sandwich. Only correct thing on both was the kind of bread. As someone who eats firehouse often, I know things weren’t right. Highschool kids don’t know how to read a ticket or make a sandwich. Won’t make it far in life. I recommend going during the day so it’s not kids that way your order will be fresh and correct.
