Was traveling through. Gluten allergy. First time being asked if allergy thank you at 5 guys. Staff was great. Meat quality could definitely be better. I don't eat out much and we buy meat at local meat market. Big difference in taste. So always disappointed in quality of food. Thats not employees fault. They did their jobs. Just saying.

Went there after work to pick up a couple burgers for labor day dinner. My food was given to me but had a ton of fries on top of my order. I left trusting that everything was in there because why would they hand me only half ky order. After driving 20 minutes home I found only half my order was in the bag, so I had to drive 20 minutes back to get the rest of my meal. Then when I got there I had to wait for my food to be made before I driving home 20 minutes home. I wish I hadn't been craving a hamburger.
Warning! Check your order and if they dump the fries in the same bag ask for another bag so you can check it. It will save you time.

Food has always been consistent. Staff is always friendly. Timing of having food out is a little slower for it to be a “fast food” place. I’ve always called ahead and placed Togo orders and have still had to wait 10ish minutes for my food to be ready. Thankful that it’s fresh and warm though.

8/18/2025 Was at the house fixing to order through Grub Hub using my Amazon account. Thought prices didn’t look exactly what I recalled in store. So we went to dine in and found a difference in the cost of our burgers 🍔 and our fries. 🍟‼️ So watch out for ripoffs when ordering online for home delivery.
2024 Dine in Visit Service was outstanding and best hot dog in Knoxville. Manager was on her game.

Its a good place to eat. Not a 5 star because dine-in restaurants beat them out, but outta fast food joints this is up there w the best. Hardees is awfully hard to beat tho.

Stopped in for a snack with my gal. Fries are made in house and taste awesome! (Today's fries were made from potatoes grown on Eric Sutton's farm in Idaho! Very cool they recognize the farmer!) Staff is friendly and appear to keep the restaurant clean. Enjoyed a few roasted peanuts, too! Good background music. Thank you, Five Guys!
