Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Pretty good variety of burgers and ice-cream treats

Haven't ate here, but have done a lot of deliveries for them. Always fast and friendly, and the restaurant seems very old fashioned, not the kind you usually see.
Edit: I only gave 4 stars because I haven't actually tried the food here, I'm a delivery driver.

My bacon is always undercooked now when I go to any Freddy's location but everything else is always good.

The service is great! Never been here so thought we'd stop by. The Steakburger is very good and they give you tons of fries. The custard shake, well...not quite what I was expecting so probably wouldn't order that again. Nice nostalgic place to eat

The food is fantastic but it was so busy and they didn't have someone just wiping down tables...the service is excellent too...they just need a designated person for lobby!

First off my man is allergic we asked 3 times no onion and pickle. And the little girl replied each time back understanding and now we get our food and boom big ass thing of onion and 3 pickles.

This Freddy's is a hit or miss. Never know what kind of service you are going to get. Sometimes they go above and beyond but then other times they don't try to accommodate you at all. Food is the same way. Sometimes great and sometimes under done. Definitely a box of chocolates ?

Drive-thru line incredibly slow to serve me food that was freezing cold. Practically inedible. Fry sauce slaps tho but that’s not a reflection on this location - it’s pre-packaged.

Edit: Freddy’s reached out and gave me a $10 voucher for my poor experience. Moving my service experience to a 5.

Just left the Freddy’s in Powell. That was the worst experience I’ve had at a Freddy’s. Very disappointing after waiting MONTHS for this location to open I have not had a single good experience at this location. My burger was under cooked and both mine and my father’s burgers had so much mayo on them that Mayo was dripping off in clumps. If you want Freddy’s in Knoxville I only suggest the one on Chapman Hwy or the one in Lenoir City as I will never be returning to the one in Powell after this last bad experience.

Really liked it. I got the double Hamburger and it was wonderful. Also got a concrete, wonderful as well. I would give five stars if they had Coke instead of pepsi.
