We stopped by Freddy’s late at night for some ice cream, and the team absolutely made our night! Even though it was close to closing, they were so friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. You could tell they genuinely cared and took pride in giving great service. The ice cream was, of course, delicious—but the kindness of the staff was the real cherry on top. Thank you for making a simple late-night stop feel so special!

First time, as a traveler through the towns. Honestly, I enjoyed it. Service was fast, and the kids, (because most of them I felt were high schoolers) the kids did a great job. I even asked about a hotel in the area and was given good advice. Food was good, not great but certainly not McDonald's bad. Enjoyable!!

Just went to the new one in POWELL on Emory Rd. The California burger, fries, onion rings, tater tots, Oreo milkshake AND THE CHILI CHEESE DOG W/ONIONS WAS THE BEST I HAVE FOUND HERE IN EAST TENNESSEE SINCE I MOVED HERE FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA 😁😁😁😁😁

Powell location. Food was nasty, under cooked chicken sandwich and husbanda hamburger was greasy too cat. Awfully expensive

Pretty good variety of burgers and ice-cream treats

Haven't ate here, but have done a lot of deliveries for them. Always fast and friendly, and the restaurant seems very old fashioned, not the kind you usually see.
Edit: I only gave 4 stars because I haven't actually tried the food here, I'm a delivery driver.

My bacon is always undercooked now when I go to any Freddy's location but everything else is always good.

The service is great! Never been here so thought we'd stop by. The Steakburger is very good and they give you tons of fries. The custard shake, well...not quite what I was expecting so probably wouldn't order that again. Nice nostalgic place to eat

The food is fantastic but it was so busy and they didn't have someone just wiping down tables...the service is excellent too...they just need a designated person for lobby!

First off my man is allergic we asked 3 times no onion and pickle. And the little girl replied each time back understanding and now we get our food and boom big ass thing of onion and 3 pickles.
